Sunnyside Beach Front Duplex

Sunnyside is set up as a duplex, the east side is called Sunrise and the west side is called Sunset.Both sides are identical, offering guests a living room with ocean views and pull out sofa, stocked kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms - two with a queen bed and one with a set of twin bunk beds. There is no connecting interior door between the units however they share deck space. The house has a covered porch on the street side and an open deck on the back overlooking the beach. The duplex is a great spot for larger groups and is nestled closely to other cottages, The Pub and the surf shop across the streetfor those trying to capitalized on a central Matunuck location.

Street parking is available or passes for off street parking can be purchased.

Guests are asked to provide their own linens. This includes sheets, blankets/quilts and towels. Linen packages can be added for a fee.
