Start each day with sweeping water views from every room as you watch the sun rise over the saltwater pond and set over the freshwater lake. The expansive yard and private dock provide an unbeatable setting for morning coffee or evening cocktails while you soak in the peaceful surroundings.

Outdoor lovers will be in paradise! We offer plenty of water toys to keep you entertained: two kayaks, two paddleboards, and a canoe. Plus, we provide beach chairs, towels, and bicycles for your convenience. Enjoy exclusive access to your own private beach, complete with four lounge chairs and an umbrella, where you can relax while taking in the breathtaking scenery.

Perfect spot for a girls weekend- 4 adults. Very clean, enjoyed the views. It’s nice that all rooms have water views. Beds were comfortable enough. It was off season but still plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner. Spent the day in Newport doing mansion tours. Responsive and informative host.

Just a lovely property, easy to relax and take in the beautiful water and sky views on all three sides of the property. A round trip to Block Island was had, visits to shops, and a great lunch at the nearby Rathskeller restaurant.

10/10!!!!! This house was amazing! Very clean, very beachy, and a nice, quiet location. We all enjoyed our stay. Spent mornings on the dock catching crabs. Afternoons in the screened in porch, enjoying the beautiful water views. The children felt cool sleeping and hanging out in their downstairs lair! It was a love for all 8 of us (4 adults, 4 kids).

What a great place for a weekend getaway! Lots of space to relax and visit on the large screen porch. Perfect location with lots of water sports equipment to use on the pond just steps from the house. Beautiful views in all directions!

WOW! What a fabulous property and home! We absolutely loved all of the water views from almost anywhere on the property. This was our first time staying on a salt pond and we may never want to stay beachfront again. The wildlife was plentiful and mesmerizing! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We were all sad to leave this sanctuary. Highly recommended!!!

Perfect get away. Quality in everything you will want on a vacation. Surrounded by water, great fishing, and close to beaches, mansions, scenic opportunities, and ,yes, the best accomodations you'll find in Rhode Island.. It is by far one of the best weeks we spent away from home.

This home was as perfect as could be. So many wonderful touches and gives one the Aha moment as soon as you walk in. We enjoyed the view, the quiet, the area and would definitely consider going back. The owners have thought of everything. Our stay, although too short, was easy and refreshing. The fact that one can bring a boat is also enticing and would guarantee even more fun. Kudos to Darren and Tasha, wish all vacation rentals were like this!

Perfect Getaway

This house was the perfect long weekend getaway for me and my family! It was in a great location to get to anywhere you want in Rhode Island. The sun porch was the perfect place to have morning coffee! I would recommend staying here for your next Rhode Island trip!

Charming & cozy hideaway

Clean, well appointed home with a big yard, fire pit, and dock. Quiet and peaceful as it's located at the end of an unpaved road. Walkable (or a short drive) to a few shops and the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Annual Friends' Weekend Getaway

When booking online it is often difficult to be assured that the information presented is accurate. In this case it really was; this truly is a stunning home in a secluded spot; even the wildlife was welcoming! We were there in winter and had a snow storm keeping us indoors for half of our weekend but that did not detract from our enjoyment at all, in fact, it added to the ambiance of our weekend. The only downside, if there was one, was the approach road being unpaved and muddy when we arrived; I'm inclined to think that in time this road will be paved. We would definitely return to this beautiful, serene spot.

A Perfect Weekend by the Water in Rhode Island

We just spent an incredible weekend at a house overlooking a beautiful pond in Rhode Island, and it was everything we could have hoped for. The tranquil views of the water were absolutely mesmerizing, providing a calming backdrop to our entire stay. The house was cozy and inviting, with large windows that let us enjoy the scenery from every room. Mornings began with coffee on the deck, where we watched the pond come to life with gentle ripples and the occasional appearance of wildlife. It was the perfect way to start the day. Our weekend was filled with a mix of outdoor activities and peaceful relaxation. We enjoyed walks along nearby trails and spent hours simply sitting by the pond, soaking in the serenity. In the evenings, the reflection of the moonlight on the water was breathtaking—a memory we’ll carry with us for a long time. This little slice of Rhode Island offered a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature, this house by the pond is a true gem!

Off Season Stint

We enjoyed our time at the house. The setting and space were lovely. One thing of note to future guests, they have people come by the house to take care of the lawn during the week without notice. Just ask for the schedule from the hosts and you should be fine.

Perfect to accommodate my family for my daughters wedding

Beautiful, peaceful setting! We were able to enjoy relaxing by the fire pit having great conversations with family prior to my daughters wedding. Plenty of room to sleep, prepare meals and not worry about having to bring towels, sheets, utensils, spices, etc. Made our stay easy and comfortable!
