GENERAL
The Deluxe 3 bedroomed villa Alkyoni is situated in Navarone Bay an area between Lindos village and Pefkos resort, (1.5km from Pefkos and 1.5 km from the historical village of Lindos and its blue waters) and has three double bedrooms , three full bathrooms with shower room ensuite, one WC on the ground floor and an outdoor full bathroom with shower room . The living and sitting room has a fire place, it provides full kitchen facilities and can accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children.
The villa has a private heated pool with whirlpool, sunbeds and umbrellas for 8 persons around the pool on the fully tiled terrace area and dining area under the wooden pergola for 10 persons
There is a separate outdoor kitchen with BBQ
The villa and its surroundings are accessible by wheel chair as there are ramps and a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower room on the ground floor .The private gardens of 1500 s.m. are with grass, trees and bushes. The villa provides a private gated parking area with space for up to 5 cars.

THE VILLA INSIDE
The interior of the living and sitting room is decorated with natural stone, colorful paintings and a beautiful fire place. Furniture, lighting and decoration is of the highest standards and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's a smart TV set with satellite and air conditioners (use of a/c is included in the price). The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. There is a WC next to the living room.
The luxury fully equipped Italian kitchen has SIEMENS home appliances including microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, a big fridge/ freezer with ice maker, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, mixer, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage rooms you will also find an iron, ironing board, first aid kit and sewing box.
Villa Alkyoni has three double bedrooms ,one on the ground floor with double bed and two on the first floor, with double and twin beds. The brand-new high quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. A safe deposit box keeps your valuables secure. There are spacious fitted wardrobes and a hairdryer in each room.
All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with shower room decorated in modern style
All bedrooms are equipped with flat smart TV sets with satellite.
Linen is changed twice a week, while there are more bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish, free of charge. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and provide WiFi with internet access. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.
