I would live here

This is the best place I have stayed! So clean, with natural light, everything was well thought out. Less than 5 min walk to main buses. Really comfortable. I don’t even know what to say. Everything was perfect.

Great Apartment

The apartment was excellent and very clean. It’s located just a short bus ride away from city center which can be gotten one block away. There’s a cafe on the corner and a small store to buy your bus tickets next to the cafe’ train station is a short 5 min drive away.

Beautiful apartment

This property was very nice, newly renovated. It had everything we needed. It was great to have a parking space. The owner is especially kind. The location was fairly convenient. We took the bus to go to the historic centre. It was difficult to find good restaurants within walking distance so it's probably better to eat in another neighborhood.

The apartment is very comfortable. Lots of hot water and two well appointed bathrooms. Kitchen equipped with almost everything you need. Within walking distance to just about everything or take the bus if you wish. The only thing with the bus is you cannot load a card and use it. They do give 90 minutes time.

Modern Apartment In Local Neighborhood

Could not have asked for a better place to stay in a local Firenze neighborhood. Private parking! Ground floor unit with full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living and dining area. The photographs were very accurate! The apartment was fully furnished with everything we needed for our 2 week vacation. Everything worked perfectly and we had absolutely no difficulties or problems. Being in a quiet neighborhood has its distinct advantages of no tourists crowds, every one you meet or see lives there and are coming or going to work. A large grocery store was only 4 blocks away and several excellent restaurants were no more than 5-10 minutes away. If we did not walk to a destination, we either used a taxi (very reasonable) or I did drive. Driving in Florence can be challenging so remember to have your best navigation device working. The owner, Cristina, was responsive to any of our questions. Gabriel, who is in charge of setting up our check-in was awesome. He really is the go-to person for everything. He did meet us upon arrival, gave us our keys and provided a very in-depth overview of the apartment and the neighborhood. He is the person to have on your Whatsapp contact list. He can answer any and all of your questions. This was a great 2 week stay and a very modern fully furnished apartment. We were very pleased and would not hesitate asking to stay there is we decide to come back to Florence again. You will not be disappointed.

Appartement bien situé avec parking privé. Emplacement desservi par les bus (très pratique). Appartement très confortable (lumineux, propre), très bien équipé (machine à laver, lave-vaiselle, four, micro ondes, frigo, congélateur...). Lovely apartment we have only positive comments. Cristina (host) and Gabriel (check in) were great and we were made to feel welcome. For a well equipped apartment with 2 large bedrooms with 2 large bathrooms (1 ensuite) this is great value. We walked to centre / Ponte Vecchio in about 20 mins. Buses were great 1.5 euro for full day!

Extraordinary comfort!

In Florence for a short stop but very satisfied with my stay. The property was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Christina and Gabriel very gracious and accommodating. Excellent attention to detail. Very quiet neighborhood. Wish we could have stayed longer before heading to Venice. This property exceeded my expectations. Would definitely come back again! Grazie!

Una Casa a Firenze

L'appartamento è nuovissimo e dotato di ogni comfort. La recente ristrutturazione ha valorizzato gli spazi interni con un'opportuna e sapiente scelta dei materiale e degli arredi. Pur essendo un edificio storico l'appartamento ha una sua caratteristica moderna e attuale. Il suo punto di forza sono la qualità e la completezza degli elementi di arredo che uniti alla disponibilità di un posto auto esclusivo in zona riservata e protetta garantiscono un soggiorno ottimale. La posizione è abbastanza centrale e con una piacevole passeggiata il centro è raggiungibile a piedi in 25 minuti circa. Altrimenti ci sono collegamenti pubblici proprio davanti a casa di cui la proprietà fornisce indicazioni. Cosa aggiungere? Prenotate tranquilli e buon soggiorno a tutti! Grazie ai proprietari gentili e disponibili che ci hanno accolto amichevolmente e professionalmente. Abbiamo lasciato un pezzetto di cuore. Speriamo di tornare presto. soggiornato ultima settimana di febbraio 2020
