Elegante y confortable apartamento CON ASCENSOR en el centro histórico de Florencia, en el barrio de Santa Croce. ¡Renovado 2018! Autorizado por el Municipio de Florencia (raro en Florencia). Gestionado directamente por los propietarios (¡sin agencia de viajes!)
A poca distancia de los principales lugares de interés, la Iglesia de Santa Croce, el Duomo, la Galería de los Uffizi, la Estatua de David, el Ponte Vecchio, etc. El apartamento es muy tranquilo y pacífico, lo cual es muy raro en el centro histórico de Florencia. Está cerca del mercado de comida al aire libre de Sant'Ambrogio y de la zona de antigüedades de Piazza dei Ciompi en Santa Croce. Acuerdo con trattoria I Fratellini, cerca del apartamento, para un 10% de descuento, para nuestros huéspedes.
El apartamento tiene un ambiente realmente espacioso: 70 metros cuadrados en el primer piso (con ascensor) de un palacio del siglo XVI. Es perfecto para 2/4 personas. Recientemente ha sido restaurado con cuidado y bien equipado con todas las necesidades para una vida cómoda (wifi gratuito a internet, calefacción, aire acondicionado, plancha, secador de pelo, nuevo sofá cama grande), pero manteniendo las características de la típica casa florentina (madera techo con vigas)
El apartamento está compuesto por 1 habitación con cama king-size (160x200), un baño con una gran ducha increíble, una gran sala de estar con sofá y 1 sofá cama (apto para 2 adultos) TV LCD 42 ', DVD, comedor Área y cocina separada bien amueblada (4 llamas, horno, nevera, congelador, lavavajillas, lavadora, microondas, tostadora). El piso es para no fumadores. No se admiten mascotas.
Vamos a ofrecer un conjunto de artículos de baño.
Nos reuniremos con usted a su llegada para mostrarle el piso y darle toda la información que necesita.
Hay un aparcamiento de pago cerca del piso (300mt) llamado Beccaria.
A solo 5 minutos a pie de la iglesia de Santa Croce, a 10 minutos del Duomo y de todos los monumentos más importantes. Cerca del piso hay muchos restaurantes, tiendas, mercados populares y supermercados.

The apartment is very spacious - plenty of room for the two of us during our stay. Location is perfect - apart from catching a taxi to and from the train station with our luggage - everywhere else is in walkable distance. There is a big Coop Supermarket nearby to stock up on anything you need. Elena was quick to respond to any questions we had regarding the apartment and even how to find a taxi. Recommended.

Gorgeous place

Gorgeous place, great location. We felt comfortable right away. Beautiful decor, clean place, updates throughout. I truly enjoyed the visit. Great location and very walkable to many areas of interest.

Great neighborhood

The property was very nice, with good amenities. But the best thing was the neighborhood it was in. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. Close to all the major attractions and to bus lines. And we always felt safe even walking around at night because there was so much activity and foot traffic.

Wonderful all around!

When I come back to Florence, I would definitely stay here again. Just as shown in the photos, the apartment is spacious and nicely furnished and decorated. The check in and check out process was very easy. The location is terrific! Close to restaurants and not too far from the 'center' attractions and the Oltrarno. There is a wonderful bakery and market nearby.

A Lovely Getaway

Wow, the apartment was truly lovely. It was a large space and beautifully decorated. It was quiet, cozy and clean. The neighborhood was a mix of residential and business and a close walk to shops and the Duomo. Elena was helpful and kind. We would definitely stay there again qhen we return to Florence.

Great apartment in a nice part of the city

We loved how spacious the apartment was! Nice big bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed, large living area. We loved that there we so many shops, restaurants, and cafes within a short walk. The check-in process was rather strange. We had to make multiple stops to get the keys and then go to the unit but it was easy enough. All in all a great stay.

A great apartment

This place is gorgeous! And big! Location is perfect. Hosts wonderful. There is a Trattoria called Que’ Ganzi on this street as you walk toward the center. Lots of Italians eat there and the food is great and the wine list amazing. This fabulous apartment and a great restaurant on the same street! What more could you ask for?

Wonderful!

The location can't be better: within walking distance from all Florentine attractions. The apartment is immaculate, very well-equipped, and surprisingly quiet. The only sound from upstairs was piano playing. Elena and Guiseppe are great hosts who made us feel at home.

Great Florence apartment

Beautiful apartment! It was very clean and comfortable. Everything I needed was there. The host was very responsive. I loved the area. Quiet and away from the crowds but close enough to walk to most things. It was about 10-15 min. Walk to the city center, I would definitely recommend this apartment. !!

Very nice property close to multiple attractions.

Very nice property overall. It's a bit hard to unpack with few places to store clothes. In the absence of a clothes dryer, it would be nice to have a fan to help with drying the clothes on a rainy day.A couple more ice trays would also help us Americans who are in love with ice. We had a very enjoyable stay.

We could live here

My wife and I were here in Florence for a 2 week language course and this apartment was perfect for us. It was well appointed with everything needed for a short or extended stay. It's in a quiet residential neihborhood but within easy walking distance to the cultural center and other tourist attractions. Giovani and Elena were great hosts, helpful in all ways and I highly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to experience Florence as a visitor, not just a tourist.

Comfortable Flat

I stayed in this flat for a month and was so comfortable. The owners were terrific - there was a bug problem (it is Florance after all) and they were very responsive and helpful. The apartment is well equipped with kitchen and bathroom items. The only thing I missed was a side or coffee table in the seating room area. Highly recommend this flat.

Delightful and convenient!

Thoroughly enjoyable stay. Clean and very well maintained apartment in the heart of the city. Steps from everything. Greeted when we arrived with keys and info. Impressed by the peace and quiet but still right in the middle of things. Great courtyard balcony and easy to work in kitchen. Felt like we were at home. It was our first overseas vacation rental and we will definitely be doing it again. A great experience!

A Beautiful Apartment in the Heart of Florence

We spent a wonderful week visiting Florence and were thrilled with our stay in Elena and Giovani's lovely apartment. We were able to walk easily to the major tourist attractions in Florence and enjoyed returning to a quiet residential neighborhood after a busy day of sight seeing. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. Elena and Giovani gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants in the neighborhood and even called a taxi for us on our departure. We highly recommend this apartment for either a short visit or an extended stay.

Comfortable

Many many very nice things about this property: comfort, instant communication with gracious hosts, location…. We would only hesitate to return because of the lack of natural light, which was not obvious from the photos. But otherwise this was a great choice.

The best location wise

In historical center but away from the crowds. Quiet and cool apartment with beautiful ceilings. Lots of mosquitos. Handy washing machine. Close to market and supermarket. Major attractions all within easy walking distance. Great pastry shop just down the street. We had an issue with acquiring a taxi on our last day. Elena came to the rescue and made sure that we were safely on our way.

Beautiful flat!

This flat was perfect for all of our needs! Elena and Giovanni were there to greet us when my husband and I arrived on the 24th of June. They gave us a quick tour of their lovely apartment and were available throughout our stay if we had any questions. The flat was within walking distance to all of the great tourist attractions (Ponte Vecchio, Duomo, Accademia, Uffizi Gallery), and was in a nice quiet neighborhood. The building door is locked and there is an elevator inside that opens right by the flat which makes bringing luggage in very easy. The flat has a separate lock from the front door, and the building overall is very safe. The building is older, but the flat has been remodeled and Elena and Giovanni have taken excellent care in making it a comfortable place to stay. I highly recommend staying here while visiting Florence!

Family vacation

We stayed at the apartment with our two children almost 3 and almost 1. We had a minor delay with check in because the person who was supposed to meet us wasn’t answering the buzzer. Definitely helpful to have data or a working phone which we don’t always do because we rely on wifi but thankfully did this time and Elena was very responsive. After that it was a perfect stay. We had a crib for the baby and the washing machine and drying rack was a perk. We could hear the upstairs neighbour often and throughout the night too but thankfully didn’t keep the kids up. The area was perfect for us with everything in walking distance. We walked later in the evening a few nights and always felt safe. We came back to the apartment daily for the kids to have a break and it was a big space for everyone to spread out. Overall it was a great stay.

Three wonderful months!

This apartment is a beauty! It is large, comfortable and luxurious with wall treatments to die for. In fact, the entire apartment looks as if it was renovated by a designer. It’s an easy 10 minute walk to the center, but the apartment itself is very quiet. It was wonderful to have an elevator for a change, even though it was on the first floor (European) or 2nd floor (US). The owners, Elena and Giovanni, are fantastic. I had 2 small problems and they came to fix them immediately. All of the appliances work like a dream. After 3 months, I was so sad to leave not only Florence, but also Via Ghibellina 22! I would recommend this apartment to anyone seeking a beautiful home away from home. Thanks again, Elena and Giovanni 🥰!

A lovely appartment, about 15 mins walk away from the Dome and close to local shops.

The whole booking process was very easy and efficient with prompt confirmatory emails. The appartment is near to Santa Croce Basilica (5 mins walk) and about 10/15 mins walk from Santa Maria del Fiore (dome). The appartment is in a traditional area with several good quality coffee shops and cafes nearby. There is also a good supermarket, less than 10 mins walk away and a bus stop 100m away. The appartment itself has a lift which opens up opposite the appartment entrance door. The appartment is high roofed, spacious and in good decorative state. The sofas are comfortable, as too is the bed and we felt very commfortable in the appartment. There is a large TV (which we didn't use). The wifi was very good with good speeds and no down time. The bathroom was also very good. There was sufficient equipment in the kitchen for simple meals but again we only used the kitchen for breakfast as there were plenty of eatting out options, having the dish-washer was also great. In summary a really commfortable appartment, well located and one I would be delighted to use again and/or recommend.
