The house is incredibly well appointed - the kitchen has everything, there are extra linens, blankets for the couch, all sorts of thoughtful touches.

Weekend away

I booked this property for a Mt. Snow ski weekend for my son and his friends. The property itself was perfect. Aside from it being charming and spacious, the game room was great and provided hours of entertainment. The hosts were super communicative and helpful and the property was minutes from the mountain. I would definitely go back!

Family ski weekend

The cabin is amazing. We could not get over how much heat the fireplace put out! The game room was great. Definitely recommend this house.

Fantastic Place!

The house was even better than the pictures convey. It was very spacious and super clean, and it had all the little touches that make it feel like a cozy VT house. Perfect for our ski vacation. The game room was fantastic and really huge. We all had some epic games there. Plenty of firewood and kindling for the fireplace. Cozy beds and living room furniture. If we had one thing to caution others about it would be to make sure you have a car that handles well in the snow. The access road to the house has a decent pitch and in the snow it can be a real issue. The owners left special little personal touches that made us feel very welcome and were very responsive to questions. Would definitely come back to this log cabin in the woods!

Beautiful Vermont Cabin with everything you need

My wife and I had a wonderful time at the Cabin. It’s beautiful, extremely clean, has everything you need, and located in a very beautiful, wooded, quiet area, very close to Mount Snow. We will definitely be staying there again.

Beautiful and Fun

Place was amazing... very comfortable and the fireplace is stunning. Everything you need is there. The basement is filled with games and fun. Highly recommend this place will be back!

Wonderful

A beautiful home located very close to everything you would need for a winter getaway while being away from the hustle and bustle. The hosts have a wonderful eye for detail. Granddaughters loved the game room while us adults enjoyed a warm fire in the beautiful stone fireplace. Thank you for helping us make wonderful memories

Imagine the perfect getaway. This is it!

First things first, the hosts are just amazing. Local recommendations, communication, hospitality, and just good people. The cabin has something for literally every sensory desire. Game room. Outdoor deck for sun and that stars. Fire pit. Fireplace. Lots of wood! And a quiet space at the top of the stairs for unplugging and cozying up to a book or magazine. We truly enjoyed the area, but honestly, we enjoyed the cabin so much we didn’t want to venture too far into the surrounding towns. Less than 10 minutes from recreation or amazing restaurants in any direction. Make this an annual retreat. You won’t be disappointed.

Perfect for a weekend getaway

The amenities provided were exceptional, instructions placed around the house were very helpful. My friends and I absolutely loved the game room in the basement, all the games worked without issue. The property is clean, and the host is excellent with communicstion.

Great Mt Snow House

We had a great stay for our long weekend at Mt Snow. The house was great, had everything we needed along with some special gifts (wine and smores ingredients!) that were a really nice touch. There were loads of games in the basement for kids and was a short ride over to the mountain. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect cabin, close to skiing

We enjoyed our stay at the log home. The game room was a huge hit with kids and parents alike. An easy short drive to the mountain. Clear check in directions with all the info we needed. Hope to visit again someday!

Great family getaway

John's home was a great place to stay during a birthday weekend ski trip. Plenty of space, tons of games and entertainment for the kids and very clean. This was our second time staying here and we look forward to coming again.

Perfect Log Home

John and Noreen, you keep a cozy, clean, welcoming, and well maintained log home in the woods. Thank you for sharing it with us and being such gracious hosts. Every amenity was there for either a quick getaway or a long stay. The kitchen was well stocked and a pleasure to cook in. Of course, we couldn't keep the kids out of the game room, they loved it. The location is perfect for whatever you might want to do, ski, snowmobiling, like we did, hiking and lake and river stuff in the summer. I'm a big fly fisherman so next time I'll come during warm weather and go fishing in one of the many, beautiful streams around. Everything you need, supply wise, is available in West Dover, not far down the road. All in all, the perfect place to stay for a couple or a family of eight. Wonderful cabin

Even though we had to cancel skiing due to rain, we had a great time playing the different games in the basement & relaxing with a movie in front of the fireplace. Very clean & well equipped kitchen!
