Hermosa nueva costumbre construida casa de registro de cedro rodeado de bosques situados en 4 hectáreas a pocos pasos de cristal claro lago Raponda playa y rampa de barco. Ubicación ideal en el sur de Vermont. Cinco minutos en coche a la pintoresca y vibrante ciudad de Wilmington con excelentes restaurantes y tiendas. Alejarse del estrés de la vida y relajarse. Descenso y esquí de fondo, moto de nieve, caminata, bicicleta, nadar, pescar, canoa, kayak, vela, golf, cenar, ir de compras o simplemente relajarse al sol o acurrucarse junto a la estufa de leña. Un tiempo para descansar y renovarse. Corto viaje en coche al monte. Nieve, bosque verde de la montaña nacional, reservorios de Harriman y de Somerset y muchas más atracciones.

Disfrute de un concepto familiar abierto con techo de la catedral y ventanas en la gran sala. Estufa de leña, cocina totalmente equipada, 35 pies de frente a cubierta, proyectado en el porche con mesa de comedor, y el césped de gran nivel. Tres dormitorios, dos baños completos y un loft para dormir duerme a nueve personas.

Ski Weekend

Excellent experience staying at Stoni Woods. Great house and amenities and a short drive to Mount Snow and Wilmington. Hosts were very communicative and even arranged for the driveway to be plowed during our stay. We’ll be back.

Great weekend at a beautiful home!

We visited VT for the weekend with our family. The home was perfect! Cozy, very clean and everything you need is supplied- kitchen, bath towels and bedding- we had a great time sledding in yard too! Beautiful home and property! Would visit again! Thank you Beth!

Anniversary Trip

Family Vacation

This is a quintessential New England cabin and we couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more. The cabin is extremely comfortable and spacious in a beautiful forest surrounding that is just steps from a very quiet, clear lake. It was immaculate and beautifully furnished with every amenity you could want. Perfect for a family getaway.

Great family getaway

We had a wonderful time! It was a short walk to the beach which my grandson loved. We felt all alone nestled among the trees yet still had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Whether you enjoy walking around the town, hiking various trails or just kicking back and listening to the birds, you won't be disappointed.

Lakeside Sanctuary

Don't pass up this ideal spot! The host was incredibly accommodating and attentive. From the moment we booked, they were responsive, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. This VRBO is a gem. Its unique construction and woodworking, beautiful grounds, and thoughtful amenities made it feel so homey and special. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing retreat by the lake.

Great Cabin

The cabin was adorable. The kitchen had everything we needed. Close to Mount Snow for us to ski. The yard was beautiful, and our pup loved it. We walked to the lake through the woods. The garage entrance was perfect for after skiing and to clean the dog after playing in the yard. It was also very clean.

loved every minute!

What an amazing house-- gorgeous design and detailing! Great location for our kids to go skiing at Mt Snow and great sledding hills in the back yard! It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed in the kitchen. Beth was super responsive to our questions and was on top of coordinating the plow to come by to help clear the driveway. We had a great stay and are excited to be back next year!

Genuinely wonderful vacation home and property...

My family and I all agreed - if we could buy a vacation home in Vermont, we'd want it to be just like this! It's cozy and charming, yet thoughtfully designed to enable privacy for all. The kitchen has everything you could ask for (in spades), the bathrooms were spotless, and the host provided handy instructions throughout the home for everything from lighting the wood-burning stove to connecting your phone to the Bluetooth speakers. Great outdoor deck and yard, no visible neighbors (really feels like you're in the woods!) lovely walks near the property, and minutes away from town, grocery store, etc. Highly recommended!

Cozy Cabin Perfect For Ski Vacation

If you are looking for the coziest place to stay, you are looking in the right place. Our family and friends decided to do a snowy vacation where we can ski and snowboard. Coming from Florida we were were afraid of how cold it will be whether in the house or not. This place was so amazingly cozy. The fireplace was the best thing ever. The ambiance and feeling of being “home” was worth every penny. The place was so clean, dog friendly, the yard and the hills to sled on and the trails to explore in made this vacation perfect. The mountains for skiing were just 15 Minutes away and the little nearby town had great little shops and treats! When the snow came down hard we were worried about how we would even get out or the driveway let alone the street, but one call and the plows came and took care of it. We wouldn’t have chosen a better place to make forever memories. Thank you!

Our family just returned from a magical 12-day stay at Stoniwoods. Not one thing has been overlooked in this property from the well-tended grounds, the spacious and spotless cabin, comfy mattresses and bed linens, to the well-stocked kitchen. Beth, our host, couldn't have been more welcoming and responsive. We needed to text her to clarify a few things, and she always responded immediately. The cabin itself has a lovely, homey vibe - a real log cabin, but with all the creature comforts you rarely find on vacation. We especially appreciated that there was plenty of comfy seating for everyone. There's also room for board games, card playing, either inside or on the screened-in porch. A couple of times we had a campfire in the backyard pit with plenty of provided split wood, and we roasted marshmallows while listening to local fireworks. Ceiling fans in all the rooms kept us cool at night.Stoniwoods is conveniently located a short distance from Lake Raponda - cool and refreshing afternoon option. There are several wooded trails nearby. The charming town of Wilmington is a short 8-10 minute drive away.In short, Stoniwoods is a real keeper. We will definitely return.

Memorial Day Family Weekend

We enjoyed our stay at beautiful home. Clean plenty of room. Campfire at night grilling burgers on deck. My boys used canoe to go fishing. Short walk to Lake. My wife and I went Kayaking. Lake Raponda was awesome quiet and clear. Had dinner in town at the Anchor excellent. Went to flea market and shopping in town. Beth the owner was great with answering questions and checking in. We loved the experience. Also our dog Gracie loved the yard and trails for walks. Highly recommend.. SJ and Teri

Charming and the Perfect Location!

My sister and I decided to gift our parents with a trip to Wilmington because as kids, we used to visit every year as a family. This was the perfect location, just a short walk to a cute beach. The house was the perfect size for 6 adults and a toddler- with room to spare. The house was immaculately clean (and I’m a stickler for cleanliness!). I mean, not a single cobweb to be seen, anywhere! It had all the amenities and charm for the perfect VT stay. The house is just absolutely beautiful. Beth was wonderful to work with and made herself very available for any questions. We are so thankful to have had the opportunity to visit Wilmington once again, especially to such a beautiful home. We hope to come back next year!

Great house that is clean and VERY well stocked. We appreciated and enjoyed: -the supply of wood for both the outside fire pit and inside wood burning stove -the brand new grill and cooking tools -the fully stocked kitchen with spices and plenty of where we cooked several meals -ample towels for lake -great location to lake, town, nearby hiking -great communication and support from owner …It was really like staying at a fully equipped home! Our only minor point for feedback is that the TV was not super easy to cast to or download a different app to (we wanted to watch a football game and a couple of movies from our accounts which we eventually figured out). But if you plan to do this bring your own stuff to connect to HDMI or plug in your own casting device. Overall excellent experience, house, and host. Definitely recommend!!

Cozy & Warm Thanksgiving

Lovely cabin

Super comfortable for two couples. Kitchen is modern and very well equipped. The beds were very comfortable. The cabin is located in a very quiet location, a short walk from the lake. Everything was provided, including firewood. We had a lovely stay.

We would love to share our beautiful log home with you and your family. A place to find true rest, relaxation, peace and quiet. Just walk outside to beautiful trails, pristine Lake Raponda, nearby skiing and other outdoor recreation. It was newly built in 2016 and it still has that new cedar log smell! All the mattresses, bedding, linens, towels and kitchen supplies are new.
