There are stunning views from Magnolia House over the town towards Dartmoor National Park which is the largest and wildest area of open countryside in the south of England with its ancient woodland and granite tors. There are many stunning beaches to explore on the South Devon and Cornwall coasts and many National Trust properties including Cothele House, Saltram House, Lydford Gorge, Buckland Abbey and Castle Drogo.
