About this property

Beach house in the pinewood with direct access to the beach in Sardinia

The recently built attic is on the second floor of a villa surrounded by pine trees and the scent of Mediterranean bushes, preserved with the utmost respect for the original environment. The shady pinewood is always refreshed by the sea breeze and opens directly onto a wonderful beach with white sand and emerald sea. The courtyard is about 800 square meters and is at the complete and EXCLUSIVE disposal of the tenants, who are the only occupants of the property. There is space for 2 or 3 cars.
The apartment consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom and a little kitchen in the small terrace facing the sea, and is fully equipped (microwave, iron and ironing board, colour TV connected to satellite).
All rooms have good quality adjustable shutters, which provide air circulation without heating the room, and mosquito nets.
Outside 5 terraces are available, differently positioned. The laundry room is on the ground floor, with a washing machine, basin, portable barbecue and plenty of space to store bikes and beach equipment.
Sheets and towels are not included but are available as an extra (15 eu per person).

Great location with a lovely garden

We enjoyed the garden with the many trees and the outdoor kitchen on a terrace with a view towards the sea. July was hot though without air condition, I would rather recommend spring for a visit.

Nice place to enjoy your holiday

The Appartement is in a silent place and you must walk only 50 meter to walk from the garden directly to the beach. The water is really clear and we enjoy daily to take a bath there after our excursions over the Island. The house has all things which are neccessary for Holidays. The Restaurants near at the appartment have all a good cooking and are not expensive. We are happy that we could stay there. Thanks to Domatella and Marcello, we want to come back. Regards Martin

Apartment in traumhafter Lage

Wir haben die Woche in der Wohnung sehr genossen. Sie ist mit allem Nötigen ausgestattet und der Check-In und die Kommunikation mit Donatella liefen einfach und unkompliziert, wir wurden zu jedem Zeitpunkt mit allen Informationen versorgt. Die Lage und das Grundstück sind ein Traum. Der direkte Zugang zum Strand und der Garten haben unseren Aufenthalt definitiv aufgewertet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Lage direkt am Strand

Leider falscher Zeitpunkt. Ende Mai war das Wasser noch eisig. Das Apartment liegt in einem Pinienwald in einem Ferienhausgebiet und hat direkten Strandzugang was absolut traumhaft ist. Die fußläufigen Restaurants usw sind um diese Zeit noch nicht alle geöffnet. Man braucht definitiv ein Auto. Ansonsten gibt es rundherum nicht viel. Orosei ist ca 10 km entfernt und verschlafen. Die Ausstattung des Apartments ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt aber alles was man braucht. Für uns war es ok. Donatella ist ein super freundlicher und sehr professioneller Host. Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ist in diesem Zeitraum gegeben. Wir würden allerdings es Anfang September probieren. Wir haben 30 EUR für Bettwäsche und Handtücher bezahlt und es gab eine Minimumbuchungszeit von 8 Tagen.

Grande! la casa simpatica e con una ventilazione eccellente! (abbiamo acceso i ventilatori un solo giorno) poi 20 metri di favolosi aghi di pino ed ecco la spiaggia ! mare sempre calmo e bello salvo un paio di giorni.La sig.ra Donatella disponibilissima voleva toglierci gli aghi di pino ... ma ci siamo rifiutati! voremmo ritrovarli l'anno prossimo!!!Grazie ancora zampa

Schönes Objekt mit großem Garten, tolle Lage, Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin per E-Mail war sehr gut, hat öfter nachgefragt, ob alles in Ordnung ist. Der Außenbereich hätte etwas Pflege bedurft. Für Bettwäsche und Handtücher musste extra bezahlt werden, ist generell kein Problem, war aber im Inserat nicht rauszulesen. Leider gab es kein WLAN. Ansonsten was alles zweckmäßig und gut ausgestattet.
