Dear Madame, Thank you for your review. However I would have much appreciated more completeness and honesty exposing your argument. Emphasizing that the satisfaction of our clients is our main purpose, as verified by all our guests who are normally very satisfied of the choice they made regarding their stay, considering that many of them have been confirming their reservations for many years, I would like to comment on your review in details. In particular, you have omitted to underline that, on your arrival, you complained about the comfort of the double bed (not the cleanliness) which was promptly replaced (the same day) with a new one - of the "memory" type (priced around €500,00) to avoid any kind of inconvenience in your stay. You should, at this point, explain how a new mattress, still packed, could have been musty. Besides, all of them were clean and well-mantained as well. As far as the filthy dishes you have mentioned are concerned, I would like to remind you that on your arrival you complained about the fact that the dishwasher was ON, precisely because the dishes of the previous guests were being washed. This shows that the dishwasher (a first brand one which has been used only for 3 years) was perfectly operating. You never complained about its "desperate need of being replaced" during your stay, perhaps simply asking for details about its use could have been enough. As for your standards of cleanliness - which from your review sound to be really high! - I would like to remind you that right after your arrival your children were jumping on the beds and on the couch (the sarongs used to cover it are washed after each occupants' stay) with their dirty feet. Moreover you were used to hang your wet and dripping swimsuits up on the doors inside (that is from what I saw when, under your permission, I came in bringing the new mattress), even if the property was equipped with a washing line outside and two stretch linens. I regret you only spent a few words on the location and the beach. Regarding the garden you classified as not well maintained, I would like to stress that a trusted gardener takes care of it every two weeks: so, just to be clear ,the lawn was mowed the Saturday before your arrival and the one after your departure. To conclude, the only thing we have taken into consideration in your review was the need of cereal bowls and wine glasses (the properties have been already provided with them). Finally the cutlery was enough for 12 people
