The upper floor, accessible by a steep stair, has one room with sloping ceilings and two sleeping facilities, each 80 cm wide and 190 cm long. Another room on this level has sloping ceilings and a French bed measuring 140 cm wide and 190 cm long.

The property offers a 12 square meter terrace with outdoor furniture. It also provides Wi-Fi internet access at no additional cost. Parking is reserved for guests at the house.
