On the ground floor, you will find a bright and comfortable living and dining room furnished with 1 double sofabed measuring 160 cm in width and 190 cm in length, perfect for additional guests. The ground floor also features an open kitchen fully equipped for your convenience, as well as a shower and WC, making up the property's 1 bathroom. The upper floor, accessible via a steep staircase, includes an entrance hall and houses the 2 bedrooms: 1 room fitted with 2 single beds and 1 room with 1 double bed, offering a versatile sleeping arrangement to suit different group compositions.
