The flats are located in a quiet area of Porec, just a few minutes' walk from the old town and 600 metres from Pical beach. A restaurant and shopping facilities can be reached in a few minutes and are only 100 metres away. The house is situated on a fenced plot of approx. 600 m² with garden. The landlord lives in another property on the same plot. There is a private car park on the property. The 45 m² holiday flat for four people is located on the first floor of the house and has a dining kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and WC and a lovely terrace with garden furniture. Air conditioning and WLAN are available and included in the price.
