The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.

Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

Upon arrival you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the hills ideal for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of shopping. Also available outside are a barbecue grill and patio. This holiday home is a multi-unit property which is ideal for a group of friends or acquaintances traveling together that wish to have private living and sleeping quarters while sharing the common areas, like the pool or garden, with the group. Each unit is equipped with its own fully-equipped kitchen for meal preparation.

Il Sole Di Vino, among other amenities, includes also WiFi internet, air conditioning and pool.

Sole Di Vino - 1 (30sq m) is a one-bedroom unit with one bathroom that is built on one level and can accommodate up to three guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
