Peaceful & Charming Cambria Beach Home With Ocean View Deck

Enjoy pine forest and ocean views from this lovely beach home that is located in a quiet area of Lodge Hill. Spacious open concept living area offers vaulted ceilings, wood floors, gas fireplace and lots of windows with comfortable furnishings and a large flat screen TV with extended cable and streaming capabilities. The large ocean view deck is located off the dining area and is a perfect place to relax with a good book or enjoy a meal while experiencing the beautiful Cambria sunsets. It features a table & chairs, chaise lounges and a Weber charcoal barbeque. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need including newer appliances as well as an ocean view. There is also a powder room and separate laundry room off the entry hallway.

All 3 bedrooms and the 2 full baths are located upstairs. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV and a dressing table with make-up mirror. Master bedroom has a king size bed and there is a Queen size and another King bed for the 2nd & 3rd bedroom, respectively. There is also a loft area with a desk for a quiet place to work if need be. A cozy daybed & chair offers a place for a nap or is a spot for meditation or reading.

The ocean and tidepools as well as the Fiscalini Ranch Preserve are about a 15 minute walk from the house. Come and enjoy the quiet beauty of Cambria is this lovely and thoughtfully furnished beach house. . ***WE DO NOT RENT THIS HOME FOR EXTENDED STAYS(30 NIGHTS OR LONGER).

Beautiful spacious home, big deck with ocean view framed by trees. Quiet neighborhood with wonderful walks through the local woodlands, near the Fiscalini Ranch. We loved our stay of 3 nights & hope to return someday with friends for a longer stay!

We enjoyed staying in the house while visiting friends in the area. The neighborhood is super quiet and the accommodations were exactly as advertised. The property manager Debbie was great to work with and resourceful. Just ahead of our checkout the dryer failed to work and she helped us to get into another property in the area to allow us to dry our clothes enabling us to finish packing. Thanks Debbie.

We loved this home. It is ideally located and in a quiet neighborhood. (There are deer roaming, and we saw them every day...what a treat!) The home has everything you need for a getaway. We were celebrating our anniversary, but I could also see this as a perfect place for families. The host was quick to reply to our questions both before and during our stay! We would suggest dining room chairs be replaced as they are low and not comfy. That's our only suggestion.
