Newly renovated four bedroom, two full bathroom home with an inviting front porch, private backyard and footsteps to Circuit Avenue. The first level has an open floor plan with the following: a new fully equipped eat-in kitchen, featuring tile floors and granite countertops; a 32-bottle wine refrigerator and a breakfast bar which seats three people. Also on the first floor is a queen-size bedroom, living room, dining room, family room with entertainment center, bathroom with stand-in shower, and a mudroom.

The second floor room layout includes a master bedroom with a spacious sitting area perfect for reading, relaxing and napping, twin set bedroom, full-size bedroom, and bathroom. Take advantage of the private office/library room adorned with many books, novels and magazines for every reader. The inviting and comforting stone surfaces aren't just in the kitchen, but also included in each of the beach inspired bathrooms.


This lovely summer home is walking distance to the beach, ferry, shopping and other attractions. It's a home away from home, and the perfect place for relaxation.

Close to everything

This property is cute, roomy, well equipped, comfortable, and close to everything in Oak Bluffs. In hindsight - we didn't need our car and could have been happy with bicycles to get around.

Judy’s Jewel is a Gem!

Judy’s Jewel is a lovely gingerbread cottage that is conveniently located near the beach, restaurants, art galleries, a grocery story, wine shop, and boutiques. The 4 BR/ 3BTH two-story cottage is very well appointed with cozy home furnishings, and comes with two reserved parking spaces although vehicles are not needed. The cottage is situated on the Camp Grounds in Oak Bluffs, and easily sleeps 8. The property owners were very hospitable. We would love to stay here again.

Summer Retreat

We've stayed on Martha's Vineyard a few times in past but we leaped at the chance to stay in in this gingerbread cottage on the campgrounds and literally steps away from Circuit St. We can not say enough about the location; as one of the first homes tucked quietly away in the campgrounds, we were just steps from the main street in the town of Oak Bluffs. The ferry, beach, market, Flying Horses Carousel, bank, shops and of course - ice cream - are literally a stone's throw from the house. Location, location, location! This unit has a full second floor and comfortably slept two families with eight people. The house is also built for entertaining. The front porch is great. The first floor includes ; new open design marble kitchen area; l TV with video area; first floor bedroom; dining table area; separate breakfast nook; bathroom w/ shower; laundry room; mud room and separate seating area with marble end and center tables. Upstairs includes full bath, two bedrooms, library and master bedroom suite with a separate day bed area. The backyard has another porch and a BBQ. Good times were enjoyed by all. The Vineyard was a lot of fun, and a convenient comfortable place to stay and relax made it even better!

Loved It!

Adorable place with everything we needed, and quite spacious for a gingerbread house (more on that later). You would think this location would be noisy, as it is so close to Circuit Ave and the gingerbread houses are packed in tight, but it was so quiet and relaxing. Also, it is prime real estate for a lemonade stand, if your kids are into that. We did have a little trouble with some of the written directions to our parking spot (and laughed when we realized how close it was) but those were easily rectified with a phone call. Also, I think the listing might have understated the square footage - both kids could have brought a friend and it would not have seemed too crowded. I'm sad that we had to supply our linens, not only because of the expense of renting them, but also because we arrived late and tired and just wanted to collapse, not make beds. With that said, this is a common feature of Oak Bluffs rentals. Overall, we were all very comfortable in this house - each kid had their own room, and another for their grandma downstairs. Everyone loved it - the house, the community, the town, and how you could walk to everything. Perfect for kids, grandmas, and everyone in between!

Terrific location for families

My family really enjoyed our stay at Judy’s Jewel. Steps from Circuit Ave. and all it has to offer (ice cream, arcade, grocery store, shopping, restaurants, great coffee, etc.) Plus a short walk or bike ride to the beach and harbor. Yvette was a responsive and helpful host. It was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights when we were there, but with air conditioners in the bedrooms it was easy to drown out the noise.

Great stay on the Vineyard!

Our family enjoyed a great week on the Vineyard which was enhanced by staying at Judy's Jewel in Oak Bluffs! We were fortunate the meet the owners of the cottage and loved their hospitality. We look forward to our next return to the island. A truly special place for our family.

Awesome Location - Big Cottage

Plenty of space in this 4 bedroom cottage for 8 plus. Fully stocked kitchen, and great beach gear to enjoy your time in MV. Ideal location in Oaks Bluff. Great support and communications from the property manager.

Very nice attraction and great location.

Family and kids loved it. Spacious 4 bedroom with a bonus bed in th king bedroom for a child. Everyone who passed by stopped to take pictures. Everything in town was distance. Great place if you have kids who like to roam and do their own thing.

Great place!

Judy's Jewel was a great, spacious home. Large kitchen and dining area. 2 living rooms. Sitting area upstairs as well. All bedrooms were a good size. We loved our stay! Can walk into town, grocery store around the corner. Can walk to the brewery or circuit avenue. The MVCMA was a quiet area. Sitting on the porch was relaxing...people passing by were so friendly. There was a great washer and dryer in the home. We had a one year old with us and the home was great. Yvette was very helpful in assuring we had our parking tags. She responded to emails promptly. Minor issues were: The bikes were hard to access in the shed and the tires were flat...not any more...we fixed them! :-) Some of the instructions in the home need to be updated...ie, the instructions state "I have provided you with 2 stickers" for garbage...they have now converted to a bag system. Also there were no bungee cords for the garbage bins like the instructions stated. A little confusing. The grill was nice but, there was no propane. I am certain if I had called Yvette about this, she would have addressed our concerns immediately. Overall, very pleased.
