About this property
a stone's throw from the sea
villa on two floors, totally independent, currently we rent the downstairs consisting of two large bedrooms, both with air conditioning, the villa is perfect for 4/6 people, has two double bedrooms, to which a cot can be added or a bunk bed, there is a large living room / kitchen, a bathroom with a large shower and a laundry room with washing machine, a nice terrace where you can have lunch or sunbathe and a garden in a well-kept green lawn, equipped with deck chairs and sitting area. The house is equipped with all comforts, also I live upstairs even if I am often out on business, but I will be at your disposal for any information or advice.
