Surfside Beach Gem, ¡Oferta de verano!

Fourdeck y Aft son un complejo combinado de casa y estudio. Durante la temporada baja, Fourdeck está disponible para alquilar por separado. Fourdeck consta de tres dormitorios, un dormitorio tipo loft y dos baños completos con cocina totalmente equipada / comedor y área de estar en el techo de la catedral con chimenea, TV de pantalla plana grande y loft. A popa, el estudio, cuenta con una gran sala / sala de estar, TV de pantalla plana, bar con fregadero, espacio para dormir para hasta seis personas (dos camas literas espaciosas con dos camas queen) y amplio baño con doble lavabo, dos duchas y un Baño individual.

El complejo cuenta con un entorno apartado de 1.5 acres, con un amplio patio, una amplia terraza envolvente y una hoguera con área de descanso, ideal para actividades de entretenimiento y al aire libre (¡nuestro favorito es el croquet!). Una de las playas más deseables de la isla, la playa de Surfside's Fisherman's, se encuentra a 5 minutos a pie por el sendero de la casa.

Fourdeck: 'Sunset Cove' es la suite principal con una cama queen, acceso privado a la terraza y baño con ducha. La 'Honeymoon Suite' es la suite junior con una cama queen y acceso privado a la terraza. La 'guardería' es el tercer dormitorio, con dos camas individuales. El baño completo tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera. La cocina está bien equipada con una amplia zona de bar / asientos. La sala de estar es acogedora pero espaciosa, con chimenea, centro de TV / entretenimiento y muchos libros y juegos.

A popa hay una vivienda de estudio adyacente. Está equipado con 2 literas empotradas de gran tamaño con camas gemelas sobre cama queen, un amplio espacio de baño (2 duchas, lavabo doble grande, 1 inodoro), amplia sala de estar con cómodos asientos para 6 personas, TV montada en la pared y bar con fregadero (con lavabo , refrigerador pequeño) y taburetes, y su propia terraza.

Todas las sábanas, incluso toallas de playa, están incluidas en el alquiler. Fourdeck y Aft vienen equipados con lavadoras y secadoras grandes. Además, hay una ducha al aire libre, parrilla de gas y sillas de playa. Se puede acceder fácilmente a la propiedad a través del carril bici, el automóvil o el transporte público. Great Nantucket Vaca

The cottages are lovely and walking distance to Fisherman's Beach. The host was very kind and responded to a question we had immediately. I would def stay here again. Such a sweet place.

We had a great week at a great property. Everything was as described. The Aft cottage was great for my daughter, her husband and 15 month old son. A short walk to the beach and a convenient location to get to town. Pro tip: go to Stop and Shop early in the day. Highly recommend!

Had a great stay!

The house had everything we needed and more! It had a big backyard with plenty of privacy and was a short walk to the beach right from the yard! When we arrived everything we clean and in order. The main and guest house had plenty of space and the kitchen had all the appliances that were needed. Also, owners were very responsive with all the questions we had!

A wonderful family vacation rental

We had such a lovely stay at Fourdeck and Aft as an extended family. The proximity to the beach is unbeatable. We enjoyed grilling and playing with the grandkids in the large yard after relaxing beach days at Fisherman’s Beach. Fourdeck, the main house, had a well equipped kitchen and comfortable living quarters. Aft is a beautiful, modern bunkhouse with a great lounge space, kitchenette, and spacious bathroom. We were delighted by how fresh and comfortable the bedding and linens were. We were very comfortable. The owner very kindly shipped us a few items we left behind. It was a great experience all around.

Fun family vacation

Great location - walk to Surfside beach. Nice having beach chairs and towels provided. Perfect yard for kids to play in too. Bunk house was such a great setup for the older kids!

Perfect Nantucket Getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Judy, the owner was friendly and always available to answer any questions. We particularly loved the short walk to the beach from our private path. We also enjoyed the sound of the ocean and the evening stars as we leisurely sat on our back deck. Lastly, our family of 4 and our friends family of 3 had an amazing stay. The property easily accommodated all of us comfortably.

Fantastic Nantucket House

The house is a great if you have 2-3 groups or several couples going away for a weekend. We spent Memorial Day weekend on the property and loved the location and proximity to the water. It's a only a quick 10 minute uber/cab to town and the carriage house (aft) is great for a small group of friends.

Perfect home for a family gathering.....so many beds! Love the 2 separate houses.....the 20 something year olds had their own space. Such a nice property, great yard for lawn games. The best part was the 4 minute walk to the beach!!!

Loved the house, outdoor space, location, and generosity of the owners

My group had an awesome weekend and loved staying at the house. Having the second cottage was vital for our group size and we were all very comfortable in the accommodations. The owners were extremely generous and thorough and assisted throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this property and would gladly rent here again!

Privacy, close to Surfside Beach

This property is equipped with everything you could ask for rain or shine. There are plenty of nice beach chairs and towels and fun board games to play. There is a great flat yard for sports and wrap around deck with comfortable chairs. The beautiful woodland path leads to Fisherman's Beach, a short walk to Surfside. Four Deck is full of charm and Aft fells like a sunlit nautical cottage. There is a bike rental and coffee shop 1/2 away on Surfside road. This beautiful, quiet spot is full of nature and a great place to make family memories.

Comfortable and easy

I love the location of this property on the island, close to the best beach and tucked away on a private lot with beautiful ocean breezes and big sky (no power lines in sight). The house is a one story house which makes for easy living. The kitchen is very organized and everything in the house feels well taken care of. The decor is comfortable Nantucket-cottage style. There is a big deck right outside the living room where we spent a lot of time which feels almost as good as being right on the beach. The bunk house also on the property is called Aft and is brand new and beautiful. It is bright and cheerful and adds to the flexibility of sleeping arrangements and having a larger group stay at the property. This is a great place!

Wonderful family vacation!

We visited in August 2014 for a week, two families with 4 adults and 6 kids (ages 4-10). We had an amazing week and can't say enough about this property. The six kids slept in the studio house (with an overflow bedroom for those needing extra sleep in the main house), and the adult couples each had a bedroom in the main house. The bedrooms are large and well-appointed, and the studio house was great for our kids. They were able to wake up and play and socialize while the adults had a little time to sleep and wake up before being inundated by little people! The kitchen is incredibly well-appointed, with every conceivable pot, pan, utensil, and with full sets of matching dishes and glasses. The yard is really big, we had family soccer and kickball games in the backyard and the sunset is beautiful. There is a beautiful path to Fisherman's Beach, between Surfside and Nobadeer, and our kids (and adults) loved the beach...some days the waves were big and boogie boarding was great, others a little calmer the the little ones could play in the surf. It was an easy drive down to Nobadeer for the drive-on experience. We rode bikes to town and Siasconset, the Surfside bike path is very close by. The location is incredibly quiet and peaceful, and Pochick road is a dead end with no through traffic. Our favorite activities for families: Driving on for a day at Smith Point, dinner at Millies and sunset at Madaket, biking to Siasconset for a beach picnic, biking to town for Downy Flake donuts, dinner at Jetties beach restaurant on the sand, and the kids really enjoyed the whaling museum. And the short (5 min) walk to the beach was perfect for us. The owner was really helpful, patient, and understanding...my daughter left her prized stuffed animal when we left and the owner contacted the cleaning company, located the stuffed elephant, and had it shipped to us! This was the best family vacation we've had in a long time, and we will definitely return to this special place.

FOURDECK

I have been a visitor at Fourdeck for several years. The location is terrific. A short walk down a path leads to the best beach in the world: uncrowded; beautiful sand; wonderful for long walks at dawn, picnics and swimming during the day and surfcasting at dusk. Fourdeck is also close to town (by car or bike) with its fabulous restaurants, shopping, and immersion in the island's whaling history. A visit to the Whaling museum is a must as is the reading of N. Philbrick's book, "In the Heart of the Sea." The island itself has maintained much of its charming historic character, and it is a great pleasure to explore the streets with the wonderful homes and cottages. Although there are numerous activities for all ages and interests, the cottage itself offers a great deal of privacy. Some of the most memorable experiences at Fourdeck have been the simplest--the mist is rising over the heath at dawn or the clearest night sky imaginable. On a more practical note: the cottage is very clean and is well equipped. It is a perfect place for a terrific family vacation!

Charming Beach Cottage

I have enjoyed staying at this charming beach cottage for several summers. For my family one of the highlights of this property is its large back deck and lawn where we play badminton, croquet, enjoy BBQs and lobster dinners. We spend hours out there playing, sunning ourselves, reading and eating. It is extremely private (a few rooftops in the far distance is your only hint of neighbors) and we love listening to the sound of the nearby beach surf throughout our days and evenings. The location of this house is superb! There is a small trail on the left hand side of the house that you access from the backyard that leads you on a lovely five minute walk to what we think is the BEST beach on the island! The house is cozy and charming and has all the amenities one would need for a comfortable beach vacation. We like to bike when we are on the island and this house is nicely located to bike paths and scenic trails and is less than a ten minute drive into town. We look forward to enjoying more stays at Fourdeck in summers to come!

Cozy and easy walk to beach for kids

We have stayed here twice now and hope to come back a third time. The owner is very gracious and house is kept in great condition. The sizable yard is fun for the kids and completely private. The walk to the beach begins on a wooded path - very pretty. Quick enough walk to run home from the beach for lunch or retrieve forgotten items.
