Impeccably maintained 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath house located near the historic Old Mill, just a short stroll from Main Street. TRANSFERABLE CAR FERRY TICKETS AVAILABLE WEEK OF 8/16 and 8/23!!!The home's prime location provides convenient access to Nantucket's extensive bike paths and enables you to easily explore the island's amenities and beaches. Unwind after a day at the beach in the large private backyard that boasts beautiful mature trees and open space for children to play. The yard also has a patio area with a gas grill, and an outdoor dining set. This amazing yard is a rare find for a house in town!

As you enter the home, you will notice extensive natural light coming from the number of windows which all have custom shutters. The layout is fantastic - the first floor has an inviting entryway with a lounge chair for reading and relaxing, 2 guest bedrooms with full-sized beds. There is a full bath on this floor, as well as a washer and dryer. The kitchen and dining area open up to a vaulted adjacent living room that contains cable TV, a fireplace and a ceiling fan to keep you cool on warm summer days.

On the second floor, you will find a large, vaulted private master suite with a king-sized bed that has just been updated with luxury linens and a full ensuite bathroom and smart TV. There is also plenty of closet space and 2 dressers to allow you to unpack and let you feel right at home.

Enjoy a short walk past charming and historic homes with access to all that downtown Nantucket has to offer. Less than a mile from the Hy-Line and Steamship ferries, Children's beach, Maria Mitchell aquarium, the Whaling Museum, the Chicken Box, Stop and Shop as well as numerous coffee shops, ice cream shops, restaurants, bars and shopping.

The central location also provides convenient access to several bike paths, beaches and island amenities, including 1.5 miles to Jetties Beach, 2.2 miles to Cisco Brewery, 167 Raw and Bartlett's Farm, 2.6 miles to Surfside Beach, 2.7 miles to Miacomet Golf Course, 3.0 miles to Dionis Beach, 3.5 miles to Cisco Beach. You can also walk less than a half-mile to Francis Street Beach, where you can rent kayaks.

We had a fabulous stay! The location was within walking distance to town, the house itself was extremely clean and comfortable, and Jennifer was very easy and quick to respond to any questions we had. Would definitely recommend!!!

Amazing space - such a hidden gem

Absolutely loved our stay here! I couldn’t recommend it more. The location is unbeatable: just a 15-minute walk or a quick 5-minute bike/ride to nearly anywhere on the island. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful- any time we had a question (even about something small like the heat, local recs, or bag storage), we got a reply within minutes.The backyard was a total highlight. We found ourselves spending every early evening gathered around the outdoor table. The home is also beautifully designed with thoughtful touches throughout, like Parachute duvets, plenty of natural light, shutters in every bedroom, and gorgeous glassware.Truly one of the best finds on the island. Perfect for a girls’ weekend with hundreds of photos taken.

Comfortable, cozy house with all you need

We had a lovely 3 night stay at the house, and while it was a busy family wedding weekend we were able to enjoy hanging out and cooking some meals and gathering in the living room. Host Jennifer was very responsive and accommodating. We were grateful for the bikes, and even without them it's an easy walk to town and other areas. The only thing to note is that it is a blind exit to back out of the driveway. You'll want a second person to help guide you out and give the 'all clear'!

Wonderful home near it all

We really enjoyed our stay at Jennifer’s place. Plenty of room for six adults, although you will definitely need to flip for the master bedroom which has an en suite and lots more space. Unfortunately it rained much of our trip so we didn’t enjoy the outdoor space although it looked wonderful with a very spacious yard and large dining table. Everything in the home was well organized and clean and we made use of many items in the well appointed kitchen. We also loved the bedding - it was very comfortable and a cozy home! We also did many of the puzzles (rain). We also enjoyed admiring the Old Mill across the street. The home is an easy walk into the heart of town. The host Jennifer is very kind and communicative, providing recommendations and tips which really made our stay. We used Rhonda concierge service for grocery delivery on our first day, one of the services Jennifer recommended, and also enjoyed many excellent restaurants. We also really appreciated the six bikes available to use. We hope to return one day under better weather conditions!

Great location!

This house was perfect for our group of 5 women. Easy walk from the ferry, to town, island kitchen and stop and shop! The house was very charming, decorated for the holidays, very clean with comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again! Thanks! Jody
