Luxury, modern waterfront condo located in the only condominium complex actually on the downtown Seattle waterfront. Unobstructed views of Puget Sound, Pike Place Market in your backyard, and ferries, the aquarium, stadiums, parks, and all of downtown Seattle restaurants, shops, and activities within walking distance. This unit offers the quiet and relaxation of waterfront living and easy access to all the action of downtown living.

The unit offers 1 bedroom with memory foam queen bed, private bathroom with shower, Jacuzzi tub, and double sinks, private balcony off living space, full/double memory foam bed in den, A/C in main living space, washer/dryer, and chef's kitchen with viking appliances, quartz counter-tops, gas stove, and fully equipped with dishes and cookware. The den linens will be provided if booked for 3 or more guests. If you plan to use the second sleeping accommodations, please book for 3+ guests.

Guests enjoy the entire unit with private balcony and also have access to shared building amenities including the fitness center, hot tub, and rooftop deck with two gas built-in BBQs.

The Seattle waterfront is the most sot-after area given the views, quiet/calming atmosphere, and eash access to all the amenities of downtown living. Shops, restaurants, and coffee shops are within blocks of the unit, and the waterfront area is very safe. Pike Place Market is in your backyard, in addition to all the amenities of downtown. SAM and Myrtle Edwards park are also down the street with amazing views of the sound, ferries to neighboring islands and even the West Seattle water taxis are across the street. The Victoria Clipper, offering service to Victoria BC and San Juan islands, is also down the street. Both Century Link Field and Safeco Stadium, hosting the Seattle Seahawks, Seattle Mariners, and concert events, are a 15 minute walk.

Seattle is extremely walk-able. The waterfront is your front yard! Guest can easily access downtown via elevators located in the market directly behind the building or the Lenora street elevator located north of the building. Underground parking is available to guests with a car, but not recommended for getting around due to high cost of parking and traffic. The Light Link can be used to get to/from SeaTac Airport, it's a 12 minute walk to the unit. Taxis are a $45 flat rate.

Great place

The location was perfect. We walked all over downtown Seattle and the harbour. It was very nice and clean, great little patio. Super comfy bed. Having the Apple TV was a nice touch as well, for those earlier lazy nights. Would love to stay there again on our next visit to Seattle.

Wonderful stay!

This condo is a luxury condo with many amenities. The beds were comfortable and the place was beautifully decorated and functional. I loved the views to the water and Pikes Market and shopping was a short walk. Will definitely stay here again.

Great location on waterfront

This was a great place. The hostess was very helpful. She gave some great advice on places to eat! It was great watching the boats come and go. Walking distance to Pikes Place Market. Was also walking distance to a wonderful sunset cruse on a 70 foot sailing yacht! It also has parking available.

Loved the view and location.

Our unit was well appointed and quiet. Short walking distance to Pike Place markets and local restaurants (all up hill). We used Uber for longer distances. Traffic during rush hour is intense so if using your own car I'd plan carefully. Jen responded quickly to any questions which was appreciated. We would stay here again being fully aware that a condo is NOT a hotel. MRT

The location of this rental was perfect! However, we were issued only 1 set of keys and there were 2 of us which made it VERY inconvenient since we didn't spend all of our time together. I have never encountered that situation in many years' of hotel stays and vacation rentals. The unit was pretty sparsely furnished with no extras. We had exactly 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 2 wash cloths for 2 of us and a 3 night stay. Kitchen wasn't user friendly with a Keurig coffeemaker instead of conventional drip coffeemaker and most upper cabinets were unreachable because of their height. Garage opener had dead battery and there was not an extra nor battery replacement. Overall a very disappointing stay.

Owner's Response: I'm so disappointed to read this Janene. I'm sorry this impacted your stay. As I mentioned on the phone a few times, the garage remote is fully managed by the property management company, and while I escalated for an extra, the weekend staff didn't have access to configure a new remote. They've since addressed the issue by maintaining an extra onsite per my request. Regarding the towels, my apologizes. Most of my guests have used the in-unit washer/dryer with the detergent and supplies I provide, but I would have gladly provided extras had I known. I'll make sure this is addressed for future stays. I appreciate the input, it helps me improve for future guests.
