Welcome to our beautiful, renovated beach-front condo at the Boardwalk Beach Resort!

Located on a palm tree lined boulevard, Boardwalk Beach Resort is a special Gulf front destination known for its amenities including an expansive private beach, beautiful zero entry pool area with heated spas & interactive splash zone, pool side and Gulf front Under the Boardwalk Bar & Grill, a Corner Market for refreshing ice cream and snacks, and onsite security.

The condo is a 15th floor, 1380 sq ft 2 BR/2 BA plus bunk room that has been recently renovated and comfortably sleeps eight (up to 6 adults and 2 children).

The Boardwalk Beach Resort is one of the most desired properties in Panama City Beach. This luxury, high-end condo complex features the largest private beach in the area and an extensive array of unsurpassed amenities. It prides itself in being flanked by the gorgeous Gulf and sugar white beaches on one side and a breathtaking 18 hole Golf Course on the other side.

Our beach front condo has an amazing views of the ocean, which you can enjoy from the master bedroom, living area, kitchen and the spacious balcony.

Enjoy the views from the master bedroom with floor to ceiling / wall to wall windows that overlook the beach, and enjoy direct balcony access.

The master bedroom has a luxury king size bed and its own TV. The attached bathroom has dual vanities in the dressing area, hair dryer, large walk in closet, a large soaking tub, and a separate glass enclosed shower.

The guest bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed and a TV. This room also has a large closet to store all of your belongings. The attached bathroom has a tub/shower combo with marble tiles, and has a hair dryer. The bathroom has doors to the bedroom and to the hallway.

There is a separate small bedroom with bunk beds for the kids. We also have boogie boards, balls, noodles and other beach toys for the kids.

Relax in the living area on the large sofa that converts to a comfortable queen bed. There is a 65' TV with cable. There is also high speed wireless internet in the condo and the lobby.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances. The dining area features a large dining table with 6 chairs.

The resort is walking distance from Pineapple Willy's and a 5 minute drive to 24 hour super Walmart and other stores.

So, come and be our guests in beautiful Panama City Beach, get some sunshine, swim in the emerald green waters of the Mexican gulf and enjoy the beautiful sunsets from our balcony.

This unit is designed for six guests. We make an exception for six adults and two children but the pricing over 6 guests (regardless of age) is different so please include the correct number of guests. Security will not allow more than six adults in the unit due to fire safety ordinance.

At least one adult over 26 years old needs to stay at the unit. No parties of all under 26 year old guests. These are Boardwalk Condominium rules and are strictly enforced.

The entire building is non-smoking. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas on the ground floor.
