The Space:

Create your perfect vacation of a lifetime at Sterling Reef 1804B! This upscale retreat has recently been upgraded with elegant decorations and comfortable seating for you to enjoy on your vacation. Sit back on the beautiful spacious balcony and sip on a morning cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or sit back and watch one of Panama City's stunning sunsets.



Sterling Reef features two bi-level pools overlooking the Gulf (one heated seasonally) and parking under the building. There is an on-site workout/exercise room available as well as a grilling area, set up with gas grills for your use. The location is perfect - adjoining the 1,700 ft of public unspoiled beach, you never have to worry about overcrowded beaches. The complex boasts one of the best locations in Panama City Beach! Only .4 miles away from Shipwreck Island Water Park and next door to PCB's public pier, which is great for fishing or watching sunsets on. The famous Pier Park shopping mall is only a quick drive west, and has everything from shopping, to movies and great food! On the beachside, there are beach chairs and water activities for rentals throughout most of the year.



THINGS TO KNOW

After making your reservation, you will receive an email a few days before your arrival date from GuestSVCS to register your vehicle. There is a maximum limit of two vehicles per reservation and the charge is $50.00 per vehicle registration.

While we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags to get you through your first day, we do not replenish them. Please make sure to bring these additional items to get you through your vacation.

No smoking or vaping is permitted at the property (including on porches, decks, or other outdoor areas) at any time. Fines of $250.00 will be issued if this rule is not respected.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental.

This rental is located on floor 18 above the parking garage.

The pool is heated from December 1 until March 1

Fantastic stay

Spectacular View

The view was amazing from this 18th floor condo. The condo and complex were exceptionally clean and well maintained. It was far enough away from the super resorts that there was always space on the beach. We would definitely return.

Great view

Our family had a great time. Room was clean when we made it there and had a great view of the water. Even was able to watch the dolphins from our room a few days. Our oldest is afraid of heights so it was a little different at first being on the 18 floor but he got over his fear quickly. The outdoor pool was very clean but we were disappointed with how cold the water was.

Virtual schooling at the ocean

Clean and furnished as expected. Able to grocery shop and cook easily in the unit. We were surprised with the PCB Spring Motorcycle Rally across the street the first weekend we arrived. Great people watching. Pool was out of use for a few days- just happened to be the same three days the ocean was closed to swimming for safety concerns. Pool is awesome though- great for the bigger kids and the toddler. Loved watching the fighter jets roar up the coastline and right around the building, shaking the whole place. Everyone was super nice and respectful. We had a blast and rolled with the hiccups as they came. Would definitely stay here again!

Very bad elevator

Too pricey. We lost water one day and I was in the shower with shampoo in my hair. Had to use bottled water to rinse my hair. The elevator was horrible. One day it. Took 45 minutes.

Sterling Grief

Condo was not clean. Door would not lock but they did send someone to fix the master bed door lock. He showed up unannounced and just entered the room with a maintenance code. Enough sand to build a sand castle under the beds nightstand and couch. Table were not dusted or cleaned. Dryer doesn’t work well had to dry clothes multiple times. No floor mats for bathrooms . No potholders or kitchen towels. To top it all off the elevators kept breaking down and the unit is on the 18th floor. But of course the beaches were superb.

Better than we had expected!

My husband and I brought my daughter (12) and her friend (12) to Florida for Spring break. We really wanted a place to be together but for the girls to have some space (because you know... teens). This place was perfect. We had a huge bedroom - Kingsize bed and the most OUTSTANDING ocean view from sunrise to sunsets! And a huge ensuite. The girls had their own room and their own bathroom (which is also great!) There was laundry in separate closet which was also great. From the outside we weren't sure what to expect but when we walked in we all kind of gasped and went "wow, this is GREAT". It helped to have a kitchen, to have breakfast and make snacks, (Not a ton of storage for food but all the dishes, utensils, pots pans, towels, dish soaps etc). There were TVs in all rooms, not that we needed them, but when the kids wanted a break it was good. Or when hubby wanted to catch up on a sports score. There is no carpet, which is so great, easy to sweep up if any sand comes back with you. And it was all key pad entry so we didn't have to worry about bringing a key (or worse losing one!) The pool was nice, hardly anyone used it though because the beach is RIGHT there. The chair service on the beach is also great. The parking was included and easy. I really can't say enough about how this exceeded our expectations. the only comment i would add (and it doesn't detract at all from the unit) is that when we got the check in instructions it said it was unit XXXXB. But there was no "B" so we walked around a bit, and thought maybe there was another elevator bank somewhere, or perhaps we had to get to the other side (which was confusing and we had all of our luggage) finally we went back to the unit # XXXX (without a B) and tried the code and it worked. So just a wuick note for whoever writes the instructions, perhaps take out the B, it will save everyone some time) But thank you for having us as your guest, it was perfection!
