Spacious and good location

We had a lovely stay here, some of the pools in the complex weren’t very clean but the one closest to this apartment was great. Apartment itself was perfect, everything we needed and so handy having a car park.

Nice complex with choice of 4 different pools to use. Apartment is great however 2 single beds put side-by-side does equal a king bed, and is uncomfortable to sleep on. Accompanying Thai restaurant is fantastic.

Getting into and out of the bath/shower was very unsafe if you have any issues with balance. The property isn’t wheelchair convenient.

We're puzzled by this. The bath is the same height as most others and the apartment is on the first floor in a building with no lift so we would not suggest it's suitable for wheelchair users or those with reduced mobility

Roomy apartment in lovely complex

The apartment was huge with large veranda’s, the furniture however, was so old and tired. Large brown L shaped sofa had stains on fabric, needed to cover with beach towels. Large rattan chairs were old with some ripped covers, dubious to sit on such old worn out furniture specially in the tropics. We bought some bowls to use as crockery was basic, but pots and utensils were adequate and clean. Good location though, and a great complex very well maintained with fantastic pools, we hired a car which I think is necessary as it is a little out of town. All in all would come back, it was a very roomy apartment, smart TV and WiFi.

I’m always grateful for reviews, especially those that show us where we can improve. I’ll make sure the L shaped sofa is cleaned, I bought it recently to replace the old rattan furniture, which we put mostly outside on the balcony, where it endures the tropical weather. We imagined that guests would like to use it and thought it made more sense to recycle it than to throw it away.

Beautiful apartment close to everything

The apartment was spacious and clean with lovely outside space. A quick ride into town, close to the pier, esplanade, etc. we enjoyed time in the pool, and the Thai restaurant was convenient and good. We had some problems with the air conditioner leaking in the living room and slow, intermittent internet which , although our host was quick to respond to our concerns, the issues were not resolved while we were there. One note, although the listing indicates there are 2 bathrooms, it is actually one bathroom that is split in two. One has just a toilet, no sink, and the other has a tub and double sink, but no toilet. That was not totally clear to us in the listing. All in all we had a good stay.

Thank you Anne I'm sorry your's was not an entirely positive experience, We've now had the air conditioning serviced and the broadband service has been moved to a new, more reliable, provider. There are floor plans and photographs of the bathroom with the listing.

Cannot contact host, they’ve added $250 charge for my guest smoking out door on balcony. Stated dishes weren’t done when they were, said food was everywhere when I know there wasn’t. It does not cost $250 to wipe down the bench, on top of this the aircon needs maintenance, the alarms were beeping all through the night making our stay difficult, there are no garbage disposals anywhere near the apartment (not in the place they said it was) and the wifi drops out every 10 minutes needing a reset. On top of this it is in a location with 1bar of service so you can not call or use 4G. I’d appreciate if they can email me and we can find a middle ground on a few if there is a problem with my guest smoking on the balcony but $250 is unreasonable

Home away from home

We were really impressed with a stay at this beautiful property. It felt like home as soon as you walked in the door. Check in was easy and I loved that Nigel the host checked in with us mid stay. Airport and Cairns CBD all a short taxi ride. We felt very safe in the gated resort. Lots of pools for the kids to enjoy. 5Stars from us.

A world within

A gorgeous community of lush trees, tranquil pools and quiet villas just outside the centre of Cairns. We felt right at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time there, wish we could stay! Thank you for a beautiful stay!

clean, quiet and pleasant surroundings

Although it's a large complex it was very quiet with pleasant surroundings of pool, fountains and gardens. Very close to the Botanical Gardens which has lovely walks. You would need a car or some form of transport to get to the city centre but we enjoyed the walk to the Esplanade. The Thai restaurant on site has delicious food.

Wonderful stay

We stayed at this lovely property for a few nights and didn't want to leave. It was a great location and a beautiful apartment that has everything you could need. We loved the big verandah and the little walks to all of the pools. There were some changes to the check in process due to covid restrictions and this was feedback and met well from the owners which is much appreciated. We had an amazing time and can't wait to come back.
