We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours of the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules. Leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and dishes at check-out, carry out separate waste collection and dispose of it.
We are in the middle of the Costa del Sole, the most beautiful coastal stretch of the island, about 10 km of coastline with its golden sandy coves, in the southwestern part of the island. It is not just the sea, it is also landscapes, scents, the remains of ancient villages and green valleys.

One Bed-room apartment with 3/4 beds
Apartment with stunning views of the Fetovaia beach. It consists of a bright living area with air conditioning inverter, complete with kitchen with kitchenette, fridge, oven and a small sofa, the sleeping area with a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. The real gem of the two-room apartment is the large outdoor terrace covered by a porch, equipped for outdoor dining, which overlooks the sea.

- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted
- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in in our offices from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
