The Nispo2 apartment is located 50 meters from the sea, in the small bay of Nisportino, where unspoiled nature and crystal-clear sea provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxing holiday.
The cove is nestled in a valley with lush vegetation, while the surrounding mountains ensure a pleasant temperature, never muggy, even in the hottest months.
The crystal-clear sea and the pebble-sand beach provide a prelude to unforgettable sunsets.
The apartment is located on a private property and comprises a kitchen-living room with a queen-sized sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom, an outdoor space with a sea view where you can enjoy lunch and dinner, and one parking space on the property.

Hidden paradise

The apartement is well equipped and has a beautiful view towards the sea and the green mountains around. There is a lot of space outside around the building for relaxing, laundry…! It is located very close to the beach. The landlords welcomed us warmly and were very helpful with everything we needed. We can definitely recommend this place!

Happy Place

Our stay at Nisportino with Cristiano and Sonia was exactly what we looked for. A bit off of the normal Tourist Routes, but still attractive places to visit are in reach. Our apartment was clean and well equipped with all you basically need. Everything was working and kept in good shape. We really enjoyed our time/stay and Cristiano and Sonia have been very friendly. We can recommend Nispo2 without any exception. Thank you!

Zum entspannen super

Der Strand ist direkt um die Ecke. Kleine Bucht mit feinem Kiesel. Kein Autoverkehr, ganz ruhig. Restaurant direkt am Strand, außerhalb der Saison allerdings nicht durchgehend geöffnet. Am Ort keine mobilen Daten möglich. Über WLAN der Gastgeber überwiegend möglich.

Heerlijk verblijf

De foto's geven goed de werkelijkheid weer. Het appartement was schoon en netjes. En je loopt inderdaad zo naar zee. De baai was gezellig druk, zeker niet overvol. Ook prettig dat er een restaurant is, welke goed staat aangeschreven. Wij hebben er zelf niet gedineerd maar wel een afhaalpizza gehaald en geluncht. Koken gaat prima, het nodige keukengerei is er. Maar verwacht geen luxe. Al is een airco natuurlijk heel aangenaam. De verhuurders zijn heel vriendelijk en vragen regelmatig of alles naar wens is. En zo niet, doen ze alles om het te verhelpen. Wij waren beddengoed vergeten, maar konden we gelukkig huren. Wij zijn er bijna iedere dag op uit gegaan, leuk om andere stranden te bezoeken en ook de stadjes zijn de moeite waard om naar toe te gaan. Zeker in de avond, dan komen de steden tot leven. We hebben vanuit de baai ook de wandeling gemaakt naar de volgende baai, die niet met de auto bereikbaar is en je dus het strand voor je alleen hebt. Via het bos terug gewandeld en wild gezien! Erg leuk. Voor andere uitstapjes heb je je auto nodig en haal je meteen wat boodschappen onderweg. Wij hebben het heerlijk gehad; prachtig eiland, prima appartement en vriendelijke mensen, dus voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ruheeeeee pur...

Nisportino ist eine absolut ruhige und total abgelegene Ortschaft = hier gibt es nur einen kleinen Kiesel-Strand, ein paar Häuschen und ein Lokal mit gutem Essen. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Nispo2 ist eine schnuckelige und saubere Unterkunft, die von Sonia und Cristiano perfekt geführt wird. Superfreundliche Gastgeber 🤗Danke für die schöne Zeit...

Wunderbarer Urlaub in Nisportino

Nisportino ist ein kleiner, beschaulicher Ort, direkt an einer kleinen, idyllischen Bucht mit kristallklarem Wasser. Die Gastgeber Sonja und Cristiano sind spitze. Die Kommunikation lief klasse und sie stehen jederzeit vor Ort mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Leider sind die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 6km entfernt, aber ein Restaurant ist am Meer. Wer es ruhig und entspannt will, ist hier genau richtig.

Toller und erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir (mein Mann und ich, zusammen mit unseren beiden Jungs 5 und 8) haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber und von der Grösse gerade noch passend für 2+2 Gäste. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, über die wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Die ruhige Terrasse ist ab 9 Uhr morgens bereits im Schatten, weshalb man entspannt alle Mahlzeiten draussen essen kann, ohne dass es zu heiss ist. Die Bucht von Nisportino ist ein Traum, der Strand ist direkt um die Ecke und tendenziell eher ruhig, weil Nisportino nicht unbedingt auf dem Weg liegt für andere Urlauber der Insel. Wir haben den Vormittag meist am Strand vor Ort verbracht (da ist das Wasser noch sehr sauber - am späteren Nachmittag ist durch die vorbeifahrenden Fähren bereits einiges aufgewirbelt). Nachmittags sind wir häufig an andere Strände gefahren, die ca. 20-30 Minuten entfernt sind (z.B. der Glitzerstrand bei Rio Marina). Zum Einkaufen fährt man ca. 20 Minuten, was gut machbar ist. Das Restaurant am Strand ist verhältnismässig teuer - hat uns an Schweizer Preise erinnert. Es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall, nach Cavo oder auch Rio Marina und Rio Nell Elba zum Essen und Flanieren zu fahren. Dort ist es wirklich wunderschön. Handyempfang gibt es nicht wirklich, das WLAN ist auch nicht sehr stabil - aber genau das fanden wir toll. Wir konnten im wahrsten Sinne abschalten. Auf der Anlage sind insgesamt vier Ferienwohnungen (zwei oben, zwei unten) und die beiden grossartigen Gastgeber Sonia und Cristiano wohnen ebenfalls dort. Es ist also immer jemand zur Stelle bei Fragen. Falls wir nochmal nach Elba fahren, werden wir sicher hierher zurückkommen. Es war wirklich grossartig! Herzlichen Dank an Sonia und Cristiano

Natur und Erholung

Das Objekt liegt wunderbar in der Natur eingebettet in der Nähe zum Strand. Ein gepflegter Garten mit Blumen und Olivenbäumen umgibt das Haus. Die Gastgeber sind sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit.

Casa veramente vicina alla spiaggia. Appartamento pulito e soprattutto fresco. Dal tavolo esterno abbiamo la vista sul golfo. Molto comodo anche il ristorante sulla spiaggia. Il valore aggiunto sono i gestori che ci hanno accolto con molta cura e gentilezza. Ferie perfette. Grazie di cuore.

Sauberes, nettes Appartment

Die Wohnung von Cristiano und Sonia ist sehr nah am Meer, war sehr sauber und mit den meisten wichtigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Cristiano und Sonia sind meganett und haben uns freundlich empfangen und auch verabschiedet. Nisportino ist sehr abgelegen, was natürlich sehr schön ist, man sollte aber seine Einkäufe vorher planen. Mit unserem Fahrzeug war die Straße problemlos zu befahren, sehr tiefe Fahrzeuge dürften vermutlich Schwierigkeiten bekommen. Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr gut und tolle Gastgeber

Phantastische Lage und fast direkt an der kleinen und ruhigen Meeresbucht gelegen. Am Anfang der Bucht eine nette Bar um morgens zu früstücken oder auch mittags oder abends sehr gut zu essen. Glasklare Wasser und am Ende der Bucht beginnt einer von vielen Wanderpfaden auf Elba. Herzlichen Dank an Cristiano und Sonya die als Gastgeber für einen wundervollen Aufenthalt gesorgt haben. Wer einen ruhigen Erholungsurlaub und abseits von Touristenrummel sucht ist hier genau richtig. Man sollte sich allerdings auf eine enge und kurvenreiche Fahrt vom Fährhafen zur Unterkunft in der Nisportino-Bucht einstellen. Dafür mit traumhaften Ausblicken. Aber das ist auf Elba fast überall so.

Schönes Appartement in ruhiger Lage

Die Unterkunft war sauber und gut eingerichtet, neben der Terrasse gibt es reichlich Platz zum Wäschetrocknen und für Sportgeräte. Die Vermieter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit, sind immer vor Ort und sprechen Englisch. Die Unterkunft liegt 2 Geh-min von Strand, mit eigenem Parkplatz im abgeschlossenen Grundstück. Der Ort liegt sehr einsam, hat aber ein vorzügliches Restaurant direkt am Kiesstrand. Zum nächsten Laden fährt man allerdings ca. 30 min. Bergsträßchen. Für einen ruhigen Urlaub in der Natur bestens geeignet. Der Strand ist allerdings immer gut besucht und bei windigem Wetter ist es wegen der Steine anspruchsvoll ins Wasser zu kommen.

Peace and Tranquility / Perfect Hosts

We went to Nisportino in late September when the season was ending. Despite that most of the museums and places of interest were still open and events being held. We were greeted by Cristiano and Sonia who live on site. They were the prefect hosts and luckily for us spoke very good English. The apartment is just the right size for two people whether you want to stay near the beach or use it as a base to travel around the island. Actually you can not get any closer to the beach, it is literally 120 seconds walk from the apartment. We like snorkelling and were not disappointed with the beach which is in a small cove. There were plenty of fish to see even very close to the shore. as with all the beaches on Elba the sea can be a little rough if the wind is in a certain direction, but that did not spoil our stay, actually it can be quite fun. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped with an easy to use oven, not just a hot plate, so we were able to cater for ourselves without having to improvise. In fact the apartment had a high level of facilities compared to others we have stayed in. Although the village does not have a shop there is a Coop a short drive away, and there is a very good restaurant on the beach. At the time we stayed Nisportino was very quiet with just a few local people coming to enjoy the beach. However you are always being watched, rather than just reading about the wild life you can actually see it here. We saw mountain goats, wild boar, lots of butterfly’s, common toads (as big as a mans hand but very placid) a variety of birds and of course both species of lizards. The village and beach are very clean and there are some nice walks to be found. Although at the North East of the island it is not difficult to get around as the village is only a short distance from routes to the North and South. Cristiano and Sonia were very helpful and generous, giving us an insight into not only the culture and history but also current events on Elba and ideas for trips and visits. They were the perfect hosts, there when we asked advise but not at all intrusive. We had a fantastic time and if we return, for a third time, to Elba a stay with Cristiano and Sonia will be very high on our list. If you have never been to Elba and are seeking somewhere away from the major resorts, this would be a prefect place.

Un nido perfetto, accogliente, pratico, silenzioso. Una pietra preziosa in un paradiso di mare nascosto agli occhi della gente. Cristiano e Sonia, persone squisite ed attente, simpatiche e pronte a risolvere ogni tipo di esigenza. Vacanza di pace in un ridente contesto. Penso proprio che ritorneremo a scoprire le particolarità di questo magico ambiente anche in un'altra stagione. E porteremo i nostri migliori amici. Passaparola.. ma soli a chi se lo merita!

Idyllische Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren für 10 Tage in einer der Ferienwohnungen von Cristiano und haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Nähe zum Strand (ca. 1 Minute zu Fuß) und die Lage abseits der großen Touristenzentren, waren bei unserer Auswahl entscheidend. Die Bucht von Nisportino mit ihrem bunten Kieselstrand öffnet sich in Richtung Nordwesten, so dass man die Sonne bis zum Sonnenuntergang über dem Meer genießen kann. Dies war für uns sehr wichtig, da wir tagsüber fast immer unterwegs waren und dann vor allem nachmittags und abends baden gegangen sind. Das Appartment war einwandfrei sauber und hatte alles was wir für unseren Aufenthalt brauchten. Cristiano und Sonya sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub in Nisportino und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Erholsame Unterkunft in unmittelbarer Strandnähe an einer ruhigen und erholsamen Ecke von Elba

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Meer ist gleich um die Ecke und über der Bucht geht die Sonne wunderschön unter. Am Strand ist eine Bar bzw. Abends Ristorante mit leckerer Pizzeria. In Nisportino selbst ist es eher ruhig und zur Entspannung geeignet. Der Vermieter ist sehr angenehm. Nur die Mücken finden leider einen Weg am Insektenschutz vorbei. Wie würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Schöne saubere Wohnung sehr nah am Strand

Die Wohnung ist super. Sauber und gepflegt. Auch die Anlage ist in sehr gepflegtem Zustand. 50 Meter zum Strand und super Restaurant (Pizza auch zum Mitnehmen) direkt am Strand. Der Strand war schön leer, aber wir waren auch in der Nebensaison dort.

Un posto incantevole!

Abbiamo soggiornato per i primi quindici giorni di luglio nell'appartamento Nispo2 e lo abbiamo trovato molto confortevole e luminoso. Gli arredi sono nuovi e la pulizia è impeccabile! Persino le stoviglie sono splendenti e c'è una lavatrice. All'esterno vi è un bel patio dove poter mangiare, un plateatico per prendere il sole e rilassarsi ascoltando il rumore del mare, i fili per stendere e un comodo lavabo per rinfrescarsi, il tutto ad uso esclusivo dell'appartamento. Un camino per il barbecue invece è nel giardino comune e può essere usato da tutti gli ospiti. La privacy è una caratteristica che i proprietari ci tengono sia molto rispettata: infatti, malgrado le unità siano quattro più la loro, sembra di essere da soli. Quindi se vi piace immergervi nella natura e non amate il caos delle zone turistiche è il posto che fa per voi: soggiornerete praticamente in riva al mare circondati da verdi colline. In spiaggia c'è anche un delizioso locale dove poter mangiare e ascoltare musica dal vivo. Noi ci torneremo senz'altro!

Tranquillo e accogliente

l'appartamento è ben arredato, con tutti i confort e soprattutto, cosa di non poco conto pulitissimo - I proprietari sono decisamente accoglienti, gentili e attenti alle esigenze delle persone. Il giardino tenuto benissimo e la vista mare è impagabile. La spiaggia è decisamente vicina e la zona offre passeggiate stupende - in meno di un ora a piedi si raggiunge un'altra spiaggia incontaminata. Andateci!!! Marco

Se cerchi un luogo speciale in una baia ancora "selvaggia", la tua vacanza si trasforma in vero relax. Se ci aggiungi un mare cristallino, la gentilezza, la disponibilità di Sonia e Cristiano, una struttura curata e ben tenuta, se vuoi comunque garantirti tutto quanto può desiderare un turista di qualsiasi età.... Consigliato vivamente per grandi e piccini.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento una settimana, pulito, confortevole, con uno spazio all'aperto stupendo con vista mare. Proprietari cordiali e disponibilissimi. Lo consigliamo calorosamente per grandi e bambini. Vicinissimo al mare, comodo anche per chi ha problemi di deambulazione. Spiaggia tranquillissima con ottimo ristorante e servizio spiaggia.

Ciò che cercavamo da tempo

Quando si cerca una casa vacanze il traguardo quale è? Il riposo ? Oppure il contatto con la natura ? Sarà facile da raggiungere ed offrirà tutto ciò che viene descritto ? Bene, Nisportino offre a mio parere molto di più di quanto si spera e di ciò che si cerca, sia come struttura , contesto naturale e non ultima l' ospitalità dei proprietrari. E vi assicuro: ricordi, foto e filmati non possono compensare il distacco.... bisogna tornarci !
