Located in the village of Marina di Vietri sul Mare, the house offers spacious accommodation with a fully equipped kitchenette and private parking.

Colorful and classically furnished, the apartment features a flat-screen TV, a washing machine, a microwave, 1 bedroom, a living room with a bunk sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom.

The house is 21 km from Amalfi and a 40-minute drive from Naples.

To better welcome you, I would like to have some information from you:

1. What time do you plan to arrive?

2. Do you come by car?

I appreciate if you let us know what time you are arriving and if you need a parking space

In this case you will need a paid parking ( 20 per day) which must be reserved.

Do you know that check in is from 3pm to 9.30pm

If you plan to arrive later, it is good that you inform me.

After this time and until midnight, 40.00 will be requested for the delay.

No check-in after midnight. (for any exceptions following telephone or email agreements with the structure the supplement is 50)

You also know that check-out is before 10:00 to allow for the cleaning of the apartment for the guests who will take over.

Please stick to these times and communicate your departure time to facilitate check-out.

Please use the apartment and furnishings with the diligence of a good father of a family, with respect for people and things.

Please also respect the condominium rules:

1. Do not make noise on the stairs and in the entrance hall

2. close the entrance door gently and do not lock it

The waste must be collected in the bags, after having differentiated them (organic, glass, paper, plastic and aluminum and mixed) and must be placed in the appropriate containers near the building (without letting it drip down the stairs or in the elevator), according to the regulations which will be explained upon your arrival

Finally, please:

1. leave the apartment in order if possible,

2. clean used dishes,

3. All rubbish taken outside in the appropriate containers

If the dishes used are dirty or the rubbish is left in the apartment there will be a fine of 50.00

4. the heating off

5. leave the apartment keys on the table

6. close the entrance doors

7. communicate any problems

8. Comply with European standards regarding energy consumption (air conditioning, heating, lighting to be switched off when not needed).

In this regard, I would like to point out that, due to the well-known energy events, there may be checks and sanctions by the competent authorities.

For other news, I reserve the right to inform you on a date close to your arrival.
