Jomtien Beach Condominium S1 is located in Jomtien, directly on Jomtien Beach. The complex provides guests with many great facilities, including: a lovely salt water swimming pool, a children's pool, fitness center, secure undercover parking, elevators and security.

The living area is furnished with a large corner sofa, a coffee table, a display cabinet and a flat screen TV.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave and a breakfast bar.

There is one bedroom which contains a king bed.

There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

This 3rd floor apartment also benefits from 2 balconies and air conditioning throughout.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 1pm-6pm and check-out is 9am-11am (unless otherwise agreed in advance)
- Pets are not allowed at the property
- There is free parking on premises.

Please Note: As this is a self-catering apartment and not a hotel, utilities are not included in the rental cost and will be charged on check out.
A Security Deposit of 5,000 Baht is required on check-in, returnable on check-out.
