Set in the heart of the âpicture-postcardâ village of Alnmouth, and only a few yards from the sandy estuary and beaches, this attractive ground floor holiday apartment offers comfortable accommodation in one of the most beautiful counties in England. Built in 1860, the apartment is part of a grand Victorian house which once belonged to the Duke of Northumberland.
Accommodation comprises of Living/dining room with gas âcoal-effectâ fire and original doors from Alnwick Castle. Farmhouse-style kitchen with tiled floor. Double bedroom with 5ft bed and views of rear garden. Double bedroom with front garden views. Twin bedroom with TV and picture window and garden views. Fully tiled bathroom with over-bath shower, toilet and fitted vanity unit. Shower room and toilet.
There is a large enclosed garden to the rear of the property and an enclosed courtyard to the front.
There is a garage and a designated parking area for cars.
Across the road there is access to the River Aln Estuary and Alnmouth Beaches. There is a short walk (5 mins) in to the heart of the village where there is a variety of Pubs, Restaurants and Shops.
The Town of Alnwick, Famous for its Castle, is approximately 4 Miles away.
