The villa is spread over 2 floors with a view of the historic center, the lake and the medieval tower. In addition to the spacious and well-lit rooms, the house is characterized by a kitchen with dining area and wood oven, a large sitting room on the ground floor and one on the upper floor with two large terraces. Private parking.

Anna was such a wonderful host! She was always available and very helpful! The house is very beautiful and in a prime location with the lake front and many restaurants within a 10 minute walk! We will definitely be back!!!

Dear Guest, we marvel at what you have written. 1. We have always communicated, at least from our side, if you have not read the messages in real time what can we do. 2. Plates is cutlery is a set of 12 plates of each type, and cutlery equal. Since the Villa accommodates a maximum of 8 people, we believe that the plates were sufficient. 3. We offer our customers the Moca coffee machine. We cannot change the Caffe machines according to each guest we host. We wonder if the 2 guests went to go in the hotel, how come they were every day in the villa and were also present at check-out.

A True Beauty

We were looking for a place to stay away from, but close to Rome to rest for a few days. This rental and the beautiful town of Anguillara fit the bill. The home is spacious, has beautiful views, well kept, loved the balconies, walking distance to the lake, shops, restaurants, and the entire little town. Would difinitely stay here again.

Villa molto piacevole

L avilla è molto piacevole, con una bella terrazza e una comoda piscina. La vista dal terrazzo è molto bella. La villa è ben attrezzata con condizionatori e 3TV per permettere agli ospiti di vedere contemporaneamente progrmmi diversi. Manca però la laastoviglie. Il giardiniere si è sempre occupato bene del giardino e della piscina. La villa è' ben situata 10 min a piedi dalla riva del lago, negozi, ristoranti e supermercato..
