The heart of the house! Sink into the big, comfy sectional for movie marathons, game nights, or lazy afternoons. You’ve got fast Wi-Fi, YouTube TV, PBS, and Prime Video—plus plenty of light pouring in through oversized windows.

*Dining + Patio Vibes
Our dining room is a bright, happy space for sharing meals, playing cards, or sipping coffee in the morning light. Slide open the doors to the screened-in patio—your private nook for unwinding with a book, spotting squirrels, or stargazing in gravity chairs.

*Bedrooms
Each of the three bedrooms has its own personality and perfect sleep setup.
The primary suite has a Cal King bed, ensuite bathroom, and a cozy loft office that leads to a private deck (hello, mountain air!).
The purple bedroom features a queen bed and sweet, calming vibes.
The third bedroom has a comfy full-size bed and is just right for solo travelers or younger guests.
All rooms come with their own AC units for cool summer nights and uninterrupted Zzzs.

Great location in Boulder! Big yard that backs to a wide open park with a sledding hill for kids. Also Boulder Creek runs right by house and is so pretty. Close to Whole Foods and outdoor mall. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. We enjoyed our time here.

I visited my daughter to help her pack up for school. The house is in a perfect location near campus with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. It is literally on the edge of campus. Perfect location and home

This was such a lovely home and perfect for our stay during our CU weekend. Easy walking distance to campus and all of the shopping and restaurants. We loved the warm vibe of this house and quiet little neighborhood. The park just beyond the backyard is really nice if you have kids. The house was clean and everything was as described, with the kitchen being fully stocked and very comfortable beds. Check-in was a breeze, Eric was super communicative and very accommodating for us. We would def book this again!

This was the perfect place for our long weekend visiting our older daughter at CU Boulder. Our younger 10yo daughter lover the park with playground just out the back gate. The water park was closed for the season but looks like a lot of fun. Our younger daughter left a note in their guest comments book, and the owners emailed a very nice reply which our daughter will be thrilled to read after she gets out of school today!

Good vibes is right!

Overall, this place is great. Located short drives from campus, which was why we were there, to stores, Pearl St., and all of Boulder. The snowy cold weather prevented us from outdoor activities, but there is a huge park over the back fence with paths, play areas, and an impromptu sledding hill. The house was clean, beds were comfortable, we stayed warm when inside, the kitchen was fully furnished so we could have cooked easily. There is a pillow on the couch that says "Good Vibes", which is very appropriate. We felt at home or like we had walked into a good friend's home.

Colorado vacation

We loved the home and the Park behind us. Our vacation was great and the weather was perfect. We enjoyed the lovely back screened porch at night. It was so peaceful and we enjoyed family time on it each night. The only issue was the main bedroom had no storage for clothes. There was no closet for hanging clothes and no empty drawers so we had to live out of our suitcase. That was easy to overcome since everything else was great. Thanks for sharing you home with us.

Just like home

Eric and Shanti have graciously opened their house to others who want to experience life in Boulder. We visited our daughter (who lives in Boulder ) over Thanksgiving and this was a great place to gather. We were a family with an infant, toddler, their parents and grandparents. The house is clean, spacious, and abuts a park with a playground. That's one reason I chose it - we walked out the back gate with our toddler and played there. The house is remodeled inside as you can see from the photos. Everything we needed for Thanksgiving was there. When we had questions they were quickly answered. We would love to come back in other seasons to take advantage of the screened-in porch, the yard, and the neighborhood. I highly recommend others to stay here.

The house was in a great location- steps from CU campus and a short drive to Pearl St. The house is comfortable and well stocked. One element that will make guests feel more comfortable is to remove family photos and other personal items while guests are staying. It makes guests feel like they are stepping into someone’s house, surrounded by all their personal items. Can be a little awkward at times. We appreciated the warm welcome and clear instructions for how to best use the fear of the house.

Truly great house.
My family and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this lovely home. It’s in a great location (central to just about everything), it is immaculate with everything one could want from a vacation rental. It is very well stocked and comfortable. It has a great solar radiant heating system throughout that keeps the house at a perfect temperature 24/7. Eric and Shanti were very helpful and super easy to deal with. We were there looking at CU Boulder for our daughter. If she ends up going there, we will definitely try and stay at this house again when we visit.
