Great location, quiet street, 4 minutes from very convenient Tube stop. Larger bedroom very nice with table for eating and a very comfortable sitting area. 2 bathrooms with 2 bedrooms a real plus. Kitchen has all the necessary functions. Recommended!
Such wonderful place to stay. Quintessentially London decor, felt like home away from home. Easy access to Paddington station, made travel anywhere in London easy. We will be back.
The flat was so lovely. The living area was quite large but very homey. The kitchen was fully equipped and very nice. The only improvement I would make would be a clothes dryer.
Great location in a quiet neighbourhood for sightseeing in London.

Location was very convenient to the tube and buses. There are some great restaurants and pubs in the neighbourhood and a Tesco and post office nearby. The beds were comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay. Joivy is easy to contact and they respond quickly. The stairs down to the basement flat are narrow and steep, very common in the UK, if you have mobility issues this might not be the place for you. The washing machine worked well, however there isn’t a dryer or drying rack so you’ll have to use the hangers from the wardrobe to hang your clothes to dry.
Such a lovely apartment, and communications about the rental were prompt, clear, and friendly. Highly recommend!

Tranquil comfy flat was a refuge from sightseeing in hectic London. Beds, chairs and small dining area were so comfortable and homey. Located in pricey, clean and upscale neighborhood and a short walk to the tube. Nice coffee, food and other vendors close by. If I were a rich man I’d try to buy the place!
Great location close to tube station was the win with this place. Two rooms, one was a bedroom with tiny bathroom and other is a bedroom with another bathroom, bed, couch and eating tableKitchen is small but has stove, oven, microwave, and small fridge. Careful with washing machine as many clothes came out with big brown stains on them. Not sure if ruined or not.

This is a cute little flat with access to two tube stations within a 10 minute walk. The neighborhood was really nice but I wish there would have been pictures of the very narrow stairs entry stairs which were a challenge to navigate with large luggage. The kitchen was also infested with ants so we had to throw away a lot of pastries/bread that we purchased and made sure to only put things in the refrigerator. Since we weren’t there most hours of the day, it was worth the stay.
From pics we could've tell, but maybe it was us. But this is just 2 bedrooms with the couch, table and TV being in one of them. The kitchen was sparse on cooking utensils and very tiny fridge. We were here for 8 days and had to shop daily.Would not recommend for long stays.

The apartment was located in a very nice quiet neighborhood with access to several lovely pubs and stores. It was ideal for me and my 18 year old son, however it would be hard for more than 3 people or people that want to spend more time in the flat. The 2nd bathroom was VERY small and both bathrooms had water issues. The value for the money though was fine.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. First off, if you are a Beatles fan, it’s nearly a must. We were able to walk to Abbey Road and see the studio in under twenty minutes. It is also relatively short stroll to Little Venice, a nice collection of stores and even some restaurants in a canal.
Also, the people running this flat could not have been more helpful. They responded to every question with patience and concise, correct information. They definitely went above and beyond, as we had flight connection issues that strained our schedule.
We could not have been more pleased. Would stay here again and hope to.
Most things were acceptable except that I didn't realize how truly tiny the apartment was. There was no clothes dryer, and the washer was so small it could only hold a couple items. The only place to sit is in the master bedroom, even for eating a meal - no kitchen table. And only a very small area by the front door to sit outside. Also the TV had only streaming channels, for pay, so I couldn't watch any live news or the British Open or Wimbledon. Finally the master shower needs a sticky mat - a huge dangerous step down when getting out. The location is excellent though, a very quiet neighborhood. I would stay in the area again, but for the 3 of us, we needed at least one common room, a living room or an eat- in kitchen.

Dear Susan, We would like to thank you for taking the time to advise of your recent stay. It is only through feedback such as yours that we are able to maintain and indeed, when necessary, improve upon the service that we provide to our valued guests. Your opinion is very important for us and the details mentioned in the review will be taken into consideration in order to provide the necessary corrections. Despite of all above, we are glad that you enjoyed this fantastic location. Kind regards from ALTIDO Team
Great location - very close to two underground stations - in a beautiful, quiet neighbourhood. It is a cozy flat, plenty of room for 2 people, but might be a bit cramped for more than that. The small bathroom off the separate bedroom did not have any hot water and the shower didn't work when we were there, but the bathroom off the main room is very well equipped with a nice bathtub/shower and lots of hot water. The other bedroom doubles as the living room and eating area - so going through that room to get to the bathroom was fine for members of same family but might not be as comfortable for non-family members. The kitchen is small and modestly equipped but has everything you need to make breakfast, snacks or heat up a simple meal. There weren't any tea towels or linen in the kitchen, so we had to use bath towels to dry dishes. We did report this to the property manager (and the shower that didn't work) but it was not rectified within the 4 days we were there. I would nonetheless recommend this property because of its location and ease of accessing public transportation.

I read the reviews and found them to be pretty accurate. Unfortunately, the photos can be misleading. I will try to explain:
Great location in quiet upscale neighborhood is accurate but if you are looking to be within walking distance of major London attractions then seek another location or have mobility issues, keep looking.
The flat is a very awkward layout. You climb down some very narrow circular stairs to enter the unit. If you have heavy or large suitcases you will have trouble.
The foyer is tiny (approx 6' x 7') with enough room to enter, take off shoes/coats, and drop bags. Clockwise, to the immediate left upon entering is the door and steps down to bedroom #1. Next to that is the entryway to the narrow but functional galley kitchen. After that are the steps leading up to bedroom #2.
Bedroom 1 is small and on the lowest level of the unit requiring you to go down 2 standard steps. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It has a functional and comfortable but the old full-size bed with very noisy springs.
When we first entered the unit, I noticed a moldy smell. In the narrow bathroom of bedroom #1 there was a terrible sewer smell emanating from the shower drain. I mentioned to owners and they came but said they didn't notice a smell (and left a dehumidifier for us to use). I placed a teacup over the drain that helped keep the odor out. Also, the sink had no hot water. The on-demand hot water in the shower was great!
Go up 2 very awkward steps to acce
