Nice apartment of 90m + 18m of terraces, 2 bedrooms (double beds), 2 bathrooms, completely exterior, beautiful views of the Bellver Castle, the sea and the Tramuntana bathrooms. Community area with garden and pool. TV, HIFI, WIFI, washing machine, bed linen and towels and everything needed to make your stay pleasant furniture. Easy parking. Close to Miró, Cala Mayor beach 10min walk and Marivent Palace Museum. Bus stop number 46 direction Palma historic center front apartment. Free open access in the residents. Improvements have been made as laying parquet or air conditioning installation. Aluminium windows with double glazing. It is a quiet area but close (walk) has all amenities bars, restaurants, supermarkets, the beach of Cala Mayor or the Genoa (mountain). Up to 5 guests. Cradle for babies.. Insurance will feel comfortable and enjoy. It is not allowed to have parties. Thank you.
