It was a spacious apartment - by far the biggest of all we stayed at in southern Spain - and the location was terrific. It was also in a charming traditional building. We had a lovely stay.

Very centrally located close to one of the city attractions and very near touristy and shopping areas. Beautiful apartment with nice feature windows and high ceilings. Well equipped kitchen. The only issue for us was the foul smell in the bathroom and the very loud noise during the nights. We could barely sleep (only with ear plugs).

Spacious Apartment in Great Location

Perfect location in the heart of El Carmen with easy access to everything historic Valencia has to offer. The historic building is on a busy square next to the tower so if you are a light sleeper ear plugs might be handy. The apartment is clean and spacious and had the basic amenities for a comfortable week long stay. The host Orinda is a great communicator and very responsive to any requests or needs.

Very spacious apartment, extremely well situated, functional and clean. However, I have given only 3 stars for several reasons, the elevator wasn’t working and the stairs to get to your apartment are very steep and narrow, you need to be fit and strong to carry your luggage. The air conditioning wasn’t working either and I called the owner and nothing was done about it. Lastly, basic necessities were missing, dishcloth, napkins, paper towel and a brush or sponge to clean the dishes.

ENJOYED THOROUGHLY!

We enjoyed our stay in Valencia so much! The apartment was so convenient and in a nice location. Even though there were people and noise in the streets below, we were able to sleep with no problem. The only thing that was a challenge was we had a rental car and finding a parking spot was very difficult and nothing was close. I would recommend not having a rental car when staying at this location. Otherwise, kudos to the owners!

Tolle Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Great place to stay in Valencia!

Great location. Very clean. Lots of natural light with the several balconies. A bit noisy well into the night given the location, but well worth it. Good communication with hosts. All we could ask for. Would definitely stay again.

Charming apartment in a perfect location

First of all, shout out to Orlinda. She was fantastic and easy to work with from the date we reserved the place through check out. We had a small problem with the heating and she responded right away and got it fixed. She also had a list of local restaurants and the couple we tried were worth the time (definitely go to Canelas for paella). The apartment was charming, clean, well appointed and had lots of light. The location was perfect for the Fallas. The unit faced the square where we could see all the action and to top it off, the parade went right past the building. Didn't need to go out into the street, just watched it from one of the 7 balconies. The location cannot be beat. Everything is walkable from there. You cannot go wrong renting from her. It is practically perfect.

Casa pulita, praticissima e centrale
