All about the flat are good. New, clean and well equipped. Nice to have locked private garage to car and bikes. The days before arrival I got a lot of emails from Expedia about check-in. I missed to notice that the one from Domus was more important, with details about keys and other stuff. It sorted out well after a call to Domus.

schöne Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war grösser als auf den Fotos erwartet und sehr sauber. Der Blick abends bei Sonnenuntergang ist ein Traum. Es ist aber doch recht weit oben am Berg und dementsprechend etwas kühler und man benötigt ein Auto um in die Stadt zu kommen. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub!

Lovely location for family. Quiet and pretty. Local restaurants were fabulous and just a few minutes later to lake shore. Accommodation was clean and plenty of provisions The support from Domus has been excellent. Thank you very much Could suggest anything at this point

Sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb von Torri in Albisano in einer schönen und gepflegten Ferienanlage. Von den 36 Wohnungen werden nur 2 touristisch vermietet, die restlichen Wohnungen sind alle Privateigentum. In der Woche ist es in der Anlage sehr ruhig und man hat den großen Pool fast für sich alleine, da nur wenige Eigentümer vor Ort sind, am Wochenende sind dann doch schon mehr Wohnungen belegt und es wird entsprechend am Pool voller und lauter. Die Eigentümer sind überwiegend Italiener, Österreicher und Deutsche und sind alle nett und hilfsbereit. Zu der Wohnung gehört eine Garage, Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und super sauber, beide Schlafräume verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Die Einrichtung ist modern und zweckmäßig, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings muss man alles mitbringen, Salz, Pfeffer, Gewürze usw. Spülmaschinentabs und Spüli sind für die ersten 3 - 4 Tage vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist groß und überdacht mit Blick auf den See. Hinter der Anlage gibt es einen Fußweg ca. 20 Minuten nach Albisano, dort befinden sich 2 Pizzerien, eine Bar, ein kleiner Alimentari und ein Eiscafé. Torri erreicht man mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und gut erholt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Anlage, toller Pool, tolle Lage

Die Anlage war genau richtig für uns zum Erholen. Nette Nachbarn, die hier wohl überwiegend ihre eigenen Wohnungen haben. Die 10min die man braucht um mit dem Auto zum See zu kommen waren kein Problem. Vielleicht wäre noch ein Hinweis zu Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (speziell Bäckereien) ganz nett - sonst landet man doch immer im Familia Supermarkt, der nicht schlecht ist, aber man will vielleicht mal was Lokales.

Saubere Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr sauber und gut eingerichtet. Von Torri del Benaco aus ist sie in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer Anlage, die allerdings seh eng bebaut ist (Balkon an Balkon). Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftspool, den man auch nutzen kann.

Relaxing Stay

Spent 8 days as a family of 4 at this apartment. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay and cook meals when we didn't want to eat out. Domus rental were really helpful on arrival. The pool and garden area was lovely and well kept. The location is out of the main town and in a small village up the hill. This meant it was nice and quiet out of the way of the traffic on the main town. It also meant there were great views! We would recommend hiring a car to get around. Thankyou for a lovely stay!

Schöne Lage und Ausicht, Fahrzeug angewiesen.

Das Ferienappartement liegt oberhalb von Albisano zusammen mit weiteren Ferienappartements. Nach unseren Feststellung befinden sich keine öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel in der Nähe, so dass man auf ein Fahrzeug angewiesen ist. Der Fußweg ins Dorf Albisano beträgt ca. 20 Minuten. Den Weg runter nach Torri del Benaco sind wir nicht zu Fuß gelaufen, war uns zu steil. Das Appartement verfügt über einen großen Wohn-/Essraum, sowie einem Badezmmer und zwei Schlafzimmer mit Klimaanlage, was sehr angenehm ist. Die Terrasse grenzt direkt an ein weiteres Appartement, was die Privatsphäre beider Seiten etwas eingrenzt. Der Blick ist wie auf den Bildern beschrieben, sehr schön und auch bei abendlichen Gewittern kann man auf der Terrasse verweilten. Der Pool ist hervorragend zur Abkühlung geeignet. Wir fanden die Unterkunft sehr schön und sauber. Um Ausflüge zu machen, liegt die FW sehr schön, Man kommt problemlos z.B. nach Malcesinde, Limone, Garda, Bardolino, Toscolano-Maderno (mit der Fähre von Torri), Gardone Riviera (z.B. Heller Garden) und für ganz heiße Tage zum Stadtbummel nach Verona. Die Ausstattung der Küche, u.a. mit nur 1 Weinglas, Eierkocher/Eierpickser und einem Hinweis, wie der Abfall entsorgt wird, dafür gibt es nämlich in Albisano Abfallbehälter und nicht in/an der FW. Weiterhin ist der Fernseher, den wir nicht genutzt haben, etwas klein und steht etwas ungünstig. Die Internetleistung des WLAN liegt bei 6 MBit/s, was akzeptabel war.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Pro: sauber, schöne überdachte Terrasse mit schönem Blick (war praktisch bei den kurzen Gewittern, die wir hatten), prima Klimaanlage in den beiden Schlafzimmern, gut geschlafen in den Betten, großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, schöner Pool, freundliche Nachbarn, Tiefgaragenplatz Contra: die Lagebeschreibung stimmt nicht richtig (wir sind aufgrund der angegebenen Lage in der Karte davon ausgegangen, fußläufig von Torri entfernt zu sein, so dass wir nicht immer das Auto bemühen müssen - die Anlage liegt jedoch etliche Serpentinen weiter oben auf dem Berg in Albisano)

Wir haben unseren Urlaub im Mai sehr genossen. Nur an den Wochenenden, wenn viele der Eigentümer der anderen Wohnungen da waren, war es laut und voll.

sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in toller Anlage

Es handelt sich hier um eine sehr schöne und moderne Ferienwohnung mit Tiefgarage in einer gepflegten Anlage. Da diese Anlage größtenteils nur von den Eigentümern der Wohnungen am Wochenende genutzt wurde, hatten wir einen sehr ruhigen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Danke auch an Domus Rental, den beauftragten Vermieter, für den sehr freundlichen Kontakt und die stets sehr hilfsbereite Art. Letzten Endes können wir diese Wohnung nur weiterempfehlen.

Great property. well worth a visit

We stayed here last year (can't remember the exact dates) and had a fabulous time. The house was clean and tidy and had everything we could need. The pool was lovely, and the views down over the lake were amazing. We loved eating out on the lovely big balcony. It was nice to be able to walk down to the little village just down the hill for supplies and get ice creams and my 4 year old son enjoyed playing at the play ground there. Overall a very good find and I'd definitely go back.

Great Vacation

We´ve got a great vacation for one week in this apartment. We booked the apartment just one day before arrival quick and uncomplicated. The apartment in placed in a brand new and nicely arranged apartment complex with pool and a great lake view. The apartment is stuffed with all things required for daily need so there is nothing to miss. It´s clean and we didn´t find that kind of used lowest cost furniture we experienced in other locations. Also the village Albisano in which the apartment complex is located is a very lovely and typical small village up on the hill with an amazing view to the lake, nice little restaurants not that kind of mass tourism as you find down at the lake. We loved it and I am quite sure that we´ll find our way back there in the coming years. Thanks to Luca who arranged everything easily and quickly!
