This one floor house can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, one has a double bed while the other 2 bedrooms have two single beds, each, that can be joined to make double beds. There are 3 bathrooms, all with shower. The kitchen is well equipped with many appliances, including dish washer, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, electric fan oven and more.

Great location

We met the owner and her freind at the door and received the keys on arrival. House is absolutely beautiful and a great location. 5 minutes drive ( 25 minutes walk )to Funchal. There are a couple coffee shops within walking distance, furthest one ( 15 minutes walj )A Comfeteria has a beautiful set up for breakfast.

Funchal spacious house

We stayed in this apartment for 8 nights. Everything was perfect, the owner was very eager to help us with everything. The street is quite busy but it was OK. The house was very clean, well equiped, rooms were spacious and comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed for our cooking. If I had another oportunity to visit Madeira, I would choose the same apartment again. I strongly recomend it

Great villa evrything you need

The villa is clean and tidy. Beds are very comfortable. There is everything you could need and Maria provides things like washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets. Couldn't fault it. Only possible negative deoending on what you want is the outdoor space is next to a busy weekday road. That said you have buses to the town centre close by. Easy walk down hill to Funchal. 5 mins to local supermarket and a local bar that does lovely food, great pizza restaurant within walking distance too. We would thoroughly recommend. to a road that is quite busy on weekdays.

Nous avons découvert la maison de rêve pour une location de vacances . Elle comprend 3 chambres avec chacune ( chose exceptionnelle ) salle de douche et WC !!! , une cuisine super équipée ouverte sur un beau salon et un coin salle à manger.Il y a en plus une place de garage pour la voiture....Quant à la route, elle est bien fréquentée aux heures d'entrée et de sortie du travail , mais cela ne constitue en aucun cas une véritable gêne. De plus, la maison est bien isolée phonétiquement.Un grand merci à Maria Jardim de nous avoir loué sa superbe maison.

TROP BRUYANT - séjour de 3 mois (mars-mai)Logement propre, confortable, imbriqué à d’autres logements, en bord de route hyper passante, dangereuse et bruyante de véhicules non respectueux de la vitesse qui font claquer une plaque d’égout à leur passage. Pas d’isolation thermique et phonique, chauffage d’appoint insuffisant, porte d’entrée en bois/verre non isolante avec espace au sol laisse passer la lumière de l’extérieur, le froid et les insectes. Pas de doubles rideaux en chambre, simple vitrage, persiennes ajourées laissent entrer la lumière extérieure et le bruit. Bruit permanent dus aux travaux de construction d’un immeuble de plusieurs étages en façade avant travaux du voisinage du lundi au samedi inclus et parfois même les dimanches aboiements constants des chiens de jour comme de nuit et ce, même en présence des maîtres, la propriétaire dit qu’à Madère c’est ainsi. Impossible d’aérer car environnement trop bruyant et obligation de parler fort et monter le son de la tv car manque d’isolation phonique, concentration difficile pour un travail administratif, logement trop froid. Le vis-à-vis, la proximité, le passage incessant des véhicules, les travaux permanents, le bruit en général ne permettent ni d’aérer ni de s'assoir dehors. Uniquement draps dans les lits, il y a une machine à laver, pas de sèche-linge seulement 2 petits étendoirs et la météo ne permet pas le séchage rapide du linge. Si vous souhaitez venir vous reposer à Madère, ne privilégiez pas ce lieu.

Séjour Parfait.

Le logement était super, il y avait tout ce qu'il fallait, bien agencé, très propre, la literie impeccable, du Madère et des fruits en bienvenue. Il y avait salle de bain et wc dans chaque chambre un parking pour la voiture, et une terrasse. Je conseille ce logement à 200 pour cent. excellent. Mme Maria Jardim était très gentille, pourtant elle a dû attendre après nous car nous étions en retard.

Malgré une location très complète par son aménagement intérieur, la rue est très passante jour et nuit, les chiens, les travaux vous rendent les nuits impossible. Le plus aurait été une climatisation. En conclusion si vous avez le sommeil léger, ce logement est à éviter

Schön, modern und zentral gelegen

Dies war das zweite Mal, dass ich mit meiner Tochter in diesem Ferienhaus Urlaub mache und ich kann nur meine letzte Bewertung wiederholen: Eine sehr schöne, helle und moderne Einrichtung, alles sauber und ordendlich und eine ideale Lage! Die Busstation ist dierekt vor der Tür und in 5 Minuten ist man im Zentrum Funchals. die Sicht auf die Stadt ist äußerst schön, jedoch können die Straßengeräusche etwas stören, wenn das Fenster nachts offen ist. Echt weiterzuempfelen!
