Superb Lakeside villa

Our villa is a 4 bedroom / 2 bath Tastefully furnished, sleeping up to 8 people it is superbly positioned on Glenbrook resort close to Disney, Universal studios and Seaworld.
Amenities include Master bedroom with king-sized bed, ensuite, ceiling fan
Second large bedroom and 2 further twin bedded rooms suitable for all ages
Complimentary cot, high chair. Fully air conditioned. Dining area with additional informal eating area, Luxury, fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, fridge freezer and dishwasher. Laundry room with separate washer, dryer ironing board and iron. All towels and linen are provided
Games room in villa.
Orlando airport is just 30 minutes away. Close by are banks, supermarkets (including WalMart & Publix), drug store and Orlando’s famous shopping Malls. Championship Golf is also close at hand too for the keen golfer. Glenbrook has a clubhouse which is free to for our guests to use. There is a P.C. with free internet access, wireless hot spot for those with a laptop, exercise room, air hockey and pool table. There are also tennis and sand volley ball courts. Free fishing in Glenbrook lake and a large communal swimming pool in its grounds

Paradise with a pool

This was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. The house was clean, mattress were comfortable, pool was heated and lots of extra activities for the kids. Highly recommend and will be back here for another stay.

This property is well maintained. Enjoyed the wildlife and lake behind. Neighbors Mike and Sherry were great to converse with and they spoke highly of the owners. Highly recommend.

Superb location! Very comfortable home, with plenty of space. Pleasant setting on small lake. Like many rentals in area, there is a lower thermostat limit, so do be aware if you tend to be hot-natured.

Nice Family Holiday Getaway w Pool

My Family and had a great time while staying at this property. Had to contact the Owner regarding the cleanliness when we arrived but received a prompt response and and the Cleaning Company was dispatched to see about our concerns. They addressed all and we were all set. The property was just as advertised. Would definitely visit again.

Booked my stay and was given full instructions including key code even before we started our trip

Upon arriving house very spacious and clean. Master bedroom very nice. The other bedrooms with double beds were nice. Pool was not ready but upon contacting homeowner they quickly resolved the issue and we were able to enjoy the pool. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Great winter home

Home was very clean upon arrival and was well equipped with both linens and kitchen ware and small appliances. Pool and patio area were well-maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed spending most of our time there. We had plenty of room for family to visit and the neighborhood was very safe and friendly. Area is close to theme parks yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet. Convenient to local shopping and restaurants. Host was quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had. We would definitely consider returning to this rental.

Great House

The house was very nice. I received check in info about 2 weeks before we visited so we were well prepared. The house has 4 very good sized bedrooms. I think the outside may be a bit deceiving because it was bigger than I expected. We did have an issue with the pool and it was handled by management. The pool area was nice and we enjoyed hanging out there and swimming. We even saw a rocket launch! I felt the cleaning was lacking. I had to rewash all the bedding when we arrived because I saw stains. The tables and placemats were not cleaned well and the couch pillows were dirty. Nothing that would stop me from visiting again but in this time, cleaning is crucial. All in all, this was a great house. Not only do they have a pool but there is a game room. Great place for my preteen children. They really enjoyed it.

Great home for two families. Check out the clubhouse pool as the amenities there were our favorite

Flew from Denver to Orlando for the week to make up for a high school senior trip for a daughter that wasn't able to have one last year due to COVID restrictions. While there were only 3 of us that stayed on property, the house is set up nicely for two families of four. It was within 30 mins of most of the attractions we went to and would recommend if you are looking for a house to get away to each night after the parks instead of a hotel. The only setback is the cleanliness, there was dust on the fans and the remote controls seemed to have a used hotel feel to it. There is a nice feature that has Orlando attraction pamphlets but it only had pamphlets from 2019. The other minor problem was with the trash as I don't think the recycling was put out so was surprised to see the bins full. As for amenities, we didn't use the actual clubhouse as it is currently locked down due to COVID restrictions and you need a code to get inside. We didn't bother to ask the property contact but it might be a nice addition in the binder that was provided in the house. Our personal preference was not to use the pool table at the house (which is uneven) but instead play at the clubhouse pool because it had a pool table next to it as well as a tennis court! Didn't recall those from the photos posted and it was a pleasant surprise which made for some fun afternoons. All in all, this property has tons of potential and would rent again because I am unable to tell if all these minor setbacks were because of past COVID restrictions or because the place is just not used that often. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, loved the amenities and look forward to staying there again the next time we are going to be down there for a week or more.

Unfortunatly we have not been able to visit our home as we live in the UK so hence the pamphlets were up to date the last time we visited in 2020.
