Ven a experimentar esta casa de la piscina muy bien decorado. Esta casa ofrece todo lo necesario para las vacaciones perfectas de Mickey Mouse! Cuenta con 4 dormitorios, 3 baños completos, 2 suites y piscina privada y un spa. Las baldosas cerámicas y pisos de madera en toda la casa. Esta impresionante casa es 7. 5 millas de los parques temáticos de Disney, un par de millas de Wal-Mart Super Center, restaurantes, y a poca distancia de Walgreen y CVS.

Esta casa se encuentra en 5 estrella comunidad turística Glen Brook. Es un bello paisaje con la línea de árboles de palma en la calle. La comunidad cuentan con gran piscina, casa club, gimnasio, pista de tenis, sala de juegos y un parque infantil.

Al entrar en la casa, se dará cuenta de volumen máximo dramática en toda la casa, gran planta abierta con una gran sala, comedor, y cocina, sala de estar con hockey de aire y un sofá cama / asiento combo amor. Hemos amueblado la casa con la comodidad, la belleza y el lujo en mente: 8 persona mesa de comedor, elegante y romántico dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama doble y cama de matrimonio en otra habitación principal, cocina tiene todos los electrodomésticos nuevos y comodidades para su uso ! Tenemos televisión en todas las habitaciones de la cama y algunas de ellas con TV / DVD Combo. Todo 6 de televisión son HDTV y la casa está listo para Internet, así que traiga su ordenador portátil! Todas las habitaciones tienen camas de lujo de algodón 300% hilo 100. El lavadero contiene una lavadora y secadora, plancha y tabla de planchar.

We had a great stay! My wife and I with 5 of our kids stayed there for two weeks. We enjoyed universal studios and sea world. We had a fun beach day and explored many places. We all loved the home and hanging out in the pool and hot tub. House was clean and was as advertised. Would definitely recommend!

Property was good and clean and had ample space.What did not work for me were couple of things..Getting the pool heated was a task and needed lot.of.communication. In the end we did not get even warm water. Owner did tell me this but if that's the case there has to be a better way off specially.of this is charged per day. Pool never got warm for us even thought heat was started early morning. Needed multiple messages and calls. I wanted to use it for one day only because we were not home other days but if it needs more time to.warm up there has to be an alternate solution. (Pre heat for no charge..)Supplies for stay (kitchen towels, soaps, dishwashing) were not adequate. Usually properties offer that as you travel with family and friends. Buying for couple of days was tough to manage given other schedules (disney park visits). It should also be listed that way imo so people are prepared.Rest was good to.

Very quick response when we had questions and close to Disney and universal parks. Went out of their way to find a wallet we left behind and got it out in the mail right away! Great house, comfortable beds, lots of room for everyone

The house is older and could use some updates however it suited our purposes as we basically needed a place to sleep. The beds are all memory foam which is fine. The house is one level which worked well as we had seniors with us so not having stairs was nice. The owner was quick to respond via text, we did try to reach out to her property manager but was unsuccessful. If you need internet, it is not great, sometimes even difficult to send/receive emails which was unfortunate as we had to use our phone plan data. The street was fairly quiet, however lots of vehicles parked on both sides so sometimes difficult to drive.

Thank you for your feedbacks. We recently replaced the sofa, matresses, resurfaced pool and conducted many updates and upgrades. This is a popular short term rental community. We have no control or contact about who live in the next door. Unfortunately the parking issue might just because of guests from other villas were having a party.

The house was perfect for our needs. I was not expecting to have to pay extra for the pool/hot tub to be heated. The pool/hot tub was listed as a main attraction. Other than that, we were very satisfied.

We loved this house, it was close to Disney and only a little over an hour to the cruise port; there was room for all of us to sleep and has plenty of “living room” space. The kids loved the pool table and air hockey. We stayed in November 2025 and had to pool heated for our stay and I was so happy we did, we spent hours in the evenings after long days at Disney enjoying the pool and company. The host Vivian was easy to deal with and very accommodating. I cannot wait for our next Disney trip, we will be staying here again!

We indicated in the list the pool heating is optional and there is $20 pool heater fee per night if guest choose to have it. However access the pool is free.

The property was large and spacious. The sofas in the main kitchen/living room and secondary living room were comfortable. All beds in the property were comfortable and provided a good night sleep. Bathrooms were large and functional. The showers had great water pressure. Kitchen area had all necessary crockery and cutlery as well as a large fridge freezer, dishwasher and ample storage. The games room in the garage was fine despite the pool table having a slope. The blinds in the main bedroom were not functional and did not close fully. The curtains were too small for the window size also. The WiFi internet signal was fast when it worked however the signal was very patchy and sometimes did not work at all. The impacted on the TV signal which did not work. There was a photo of a high chair on the listing however there was not one in the property. There was also no clothes horse or washing line for drying clothing. Unfortunately the pool heating was not functional however the host was very responsive on this issue and was excellent. The general pool area was area was not as clean as it should be and had many ants around the outside of the pool. There was also many leaves and debris within the pool and the pool area itself. I would say this is a reflection on the pool cleaning company as opposed to the owner/host. Overall the property is excellent value for money and the host, if they make the small changes to rectify the above, will turn a very good stay into an excellent one.

Great stay ideal location

30 mins drive to Disney parks, 50 to universal. Lots of space and lovely and cool after the hot days at the parks.Could do with a little tlc in certain places but overall a great stay in a great property.Thank you.

Family trip

This is a great place to stay for a family trip. There was enough space for us to enjoy each other and have fun. A lot of stores and restaurants near by. Not as close to Disney as we thought it would be.

Very accommodating

Layout of house was very nice. Cleaning crew could be a little more thorough. Distance is a little further out than I would like. Overall our stay was very pleasant and relaxing.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

It was love at first sight. Glen Brook is a 5 Star resort community. It feature a club house, tennis court, beach valley ball, fitness center, pool and playground in the community. Tall palm trees line up the street and the landscape is immaculate. What even more impressed me is its location. The community is conveniently located off International Dr. (192) and close to 24 hours Walmart Super center, Publix Supermarket, Lowe's, library and numerous restaurants and stores. Walking distance to CVS and Walgreen. This neighborhood is suitable for both short term stay or long time living. No wonder it is a sweet heart for snow birds. We stayed in the house every year since we bought it and we still feel hard to leave it every time when we have to go.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Dramatic high ceiling everywhere in the house! It is extremely well designed floor plan, open concepts, two master suites which make it ideal for two family to vacation together. There is no carpets: ceramic tiles and LVP throughout the house, thus it is friendly for kids with asthma. Unfortunately my son was one of them. This is why we did this. We care about the house and we plan to use it for our own retirement.
