This apartment and the building were completely renovated in 2019. The apartment is equipped to accommodate 4 people (4 adults). The apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, both with double beds, a spacious and bright living room, with access to the balcony overlooking the sea, and an American kitchen, 2 bathrooms with shower and a terrace with a breathtaking view of the sea. The price includes all utilities, initial and final cleaning, sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Agreements are in place to obtain discounts on the rental of cars, scooters, bicycles and ferries. Less than 50 meters you can find shops, bars and grocery stores. During the stay no tourist services such as linen changes and periodic cleaning are provided.
