There is one room with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, with an exit to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, three ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table. On the ground floor, you'll find a shower and a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there is an open gallery area. One room has a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, while another room has two beds measuring 90 cm wide and 190 cm long. There is also a shower and a separate toilet on this level.

Amenities Included
The property is equipped with electric heating, and the floors are made of parquet. Outside, you'll find a large terrace measuring 38 square meters, facing south, and a smaller terrace of 5 square meters, facing east. Terrace furniture, a barbecue, and four deck chairs are provided.
