This spacious unit has 2-bedrooms with double beds, one full bathroom with shower, powder room with toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, dinning area, bright living room with a single sofa-bed and couple of balconies. You can enjoy homemade meals on your private terrace or take a refreshing swim in the pool and walk to the Praia da Luz beach.

Note: The apartment is located in a building without elevator. The pool is shared with other residents in the community and with seasonal usage. Respect the neighbours and DO NOT use anything that belongs to the neighbours / is in the neighbours back garden.

This property is not suited for guests who want to party, stay up late and play games or watch loud TV and socialise late in the night. Neighbours are very quiet and they need to be respected.

Rules: No parties, no loud TV, no noise after 11pm. No pets.

Access to the apartment is made by code. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact our team upon arrival to provide the ID or Passport information and obtain the access codes.
