This superb top floor apartment has an enviable front line location. It is in a fantastic location with terrific sea views from its large Veranda. There is a lovely sheltered pool, for the apartments residents & guests.
There is ample parking, and it is just a few minutes walk to the village and 10 minutes walk to the beach.
The modern re-fitted apartment, includes a fabulous kitchen, an ultra modern bathroom, all new furniture, large smart TV with UK channels, Wi Fi, new bedroom furniture, all in showroom condition.
The apartment is fully air-conditioned, and has intercom entry. Guests can use the stairs or the elevator according to preference.
Luz is a lovely and popular village with lots of good restaurants, bars and shops and a beautiful paved promenade lined with palm trees leading down to the gorgeous sandy blue flag beach.

There are two water sports facilities at Luz beach offering tuition for young and old. Also available is tennis, cycle hire, golf, coastal walking and nature walks.

This is a terrific location, with lots of excellent restaurants within a few minutes walk and the blue flag beach is about 10 minutes walk away. The village has supermarkets, pharmacy, health shop and clothes and gift shops, as well as a post office, banks, dentist and a medical centre. Everything in the village is within walking distance so you do not need a car.

Lagos is 8 km away, about 5 minutes by car, and there is a cheap and frequent bus service from Luz to Lagos and other beaches nearby. Lagos has a wonderful waterside promenade, a marina and is flanked by lovely beaches on either side. The old city walls are virtually intact and they contain a myriad of narrow paved and cobbled streets many of which are lined with shops, restaurants and cafe bars which spill out onto the pavement.

Lagos reveals many layers of history and you can visit ancient churches, forts and a former slave market and imagine the Portuguese sailors setting sail from here in the 1400s to discover the Americas. Nearby Lagos Zoo is a hit with children, and there are several water parks and Zoo Marine about 30 minutes drive the east.

If you decide to hire a car you will have the chance to see the wonderful coastline to the west with huge cliffs, often towering over beautiful sandy coves and beaches, pretty fishing villages and some brilliant little restaurants serving fresh local fish, meats and wines.

Brilliant host and lovely apartment

The apartment was exactly as pictured and was in pristine condition on arrival. Ana was a wonderful host, with great communication and couldn’t have been more helpful. The pool was lovely and location brilliant as well. We loved staying there!

Lovely Praia De Luz

This is a beautiful apartment with a lovely view over the sea. All needs were cared for with a very helpful host. Praia De Luz is a lovely small town with a superb beach and lots of nice restaurants.

Perfect, even better than described! Spotlessly clean. Fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything you need. Pool area was very peaceful during the day. 10 mins walk from beach, shops and restaurants. We had a car so we explored the area. Had a great meal at The Dolphin (SA cuisine) and we enjoyed lunchtime tapas at Boaty’s. Would not hesitate to stay again. Thank you Ana for your wonderful hospitality

Wonderful apartment

We absolutely loved our stay here. Ana was easy to communicate with during the booking process and, when we arrived, she was very welcoming, kind and friendly. The apartment was spotlessly clean, very well equipped and stylishly decorated. The terrace is lovely with a stunning view. We would definitely stay here again as it felt like a real home from home. Fantastic Stay

We stayed for 9 nights at Ana’s apartment in mid August 2024. The flat is simply the best equipped self-catered accommodation we’ve ever stayed in. Everything is brand new in the last couple of years, top quality fittings and utensils and just a pleasure to live in. The complex itself is very well looked after and the pool was great for us. It’s the first time we’ve been to Portugal and we found the country and this area in particular really great. We’d love to stay again.

Spot on in every way

This has to be one of the best places we have ever stayed. The apartment was spotless, the kitchen was fully equipped. Beds comfy, pool was fabulous and all peefectly situated a short walk from.the beach. Communication with Ana was second to none. There was literally nothing more we could have asked for. What a perfect stay. Thank you Ana.

Fantastic week

We had a fantastic week at Ana Maria's. The apartment is newly renovated, bright and stylishly furnished. A very good size and of course a fantastic view. This is how you like to start the day! Ana Maria is a caring owner and we enjoyed our vacation very much. The pool is perfect, it's about a 15 minutes walk to the beach, restaurant or supermarket, but most of the days we decided to explore the beaches around by car.

Fabulous Apartment

This is a really lovely spacious apartment a short walk from the beach and main restaurant area in Luz and it was a perfect size for our family of 4 adults / teens. We loved the balcony which overlooked the pool area and had gorgeous views of the ocean. The apartment was fitted out to a very high standard, with an extremely well equipped kitchen and large TV in the sitting room and everything was immaculately clean. Ana the host was wonderful and made us feel very welcome and we would hope to be back again next year.

Was für eine schöne Unterkunft von Ana! Sehr sauber, stielvoll eingerichtet, super Lage um in 500 Metern den Strand und in 350 Metern das Erste von unzähligen Restaurants zu erreichen. Klimaanlagen sind mit drin. Der Meerwasserpool ist kühl und groß mit zum Appartement gehörenden Liegestühlen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Begrüßungsgetränken und Obst. Es gibt Meerblick vom Balkon mit Sonnenschirm um darauf Frühstücken zu können. Ana ist superfreundlich und hat uns in der Wohnung alles gezeigt. Diese Unterkunft empfehlen wir!

Ana hat uns beim Check-in persönlich empfangen und uns die Wohnung ausführlich gezeigt. Wir waren begeistert von einer super sauberen, perfekt ausgestatteten und schön eingerichteten Wohnung.
