My beautiful apartment is ideally located just a 10 mins walk to the beach, and is very close to the best restaurants in town (like La Sala, etc). Also within walking distance are an array of coffee shops and supermarkets.

The apartment offers truly wonderful and impressive views of the beach and surrounding mountains.

My complex has 3 mixed swimming pools, PLUS an additional 3 pools for children

Parking available. Lush gardens. 24-hour security. Very close to 4 highly regarded golf courses

This apartment has the advantage of two balconies, offering spectacular views of the beach and mountains

The sun shines on the front balcony in the morning, and on the rear in the afternoon

Marble flooring throughout the apartment

Great location and great views

Great property in a great location. Easy to walk to shopping and restaurants. The view of the sea from the balcony is outstanding. On Saturday’s there is a street market one block away with amazing deals. Beware arriving on a Saturday as many roads are closed, however our hosts property manager came to get us and guide us to the apartment- she was great.

Fantastic host stunning views

Antoinette was an amazing host. I really can’t fault her. Super efficient and helpful. The apartment had amazing views, I booked 2 weeks and stayed for a month! It’s opposite Nao pool club, 3 minute walk from the Saturday market and supermarkets. La Sala and Mister Noodle are just 5 minute walk and peurto banus beach and marina are about 20 minute walk. There is a closer beach about 15 minutes walk but I think it’s worth the extra 5 min walk to peurto banus. It does come with free underground parking but I managed perfectly well for a whole month without a car because the apartment is so conveniently placed. I only checked out because the apartment was pre booked, otherwise I would have stayed another month. Antoinette was helpful with recommendations and directions. She was also super kind in allowing me a late check out, even though the apartment was booked for guests arriving. Thank you so much Antoinette I hope to return one day

It was hell on earth

Host sends her cleaner and then charges you for her time. She is the rudest person and left me in tears. From 10 am the loud music from the swim club starts with hundreds of taxis and young kids collecting outside and shouting. Then on the evening from 7 ish to 2 they have loud music, it's deafening and they come out throwing up so drunk and peeing in front of you. There are 110 steps from the front to this apartment. She now has put a charge on me to pay for a service I never asked for. I needed a locksmith and she sent her cleaner this is not right. Avoid this apartment at all costs. I do not recommend this hellhole to anyone.

I’m surprised to hear all of your comments.I have been and am a Superhost on all of the sites that I use. Just look at my reviews for service, communication and helpfulness.You have missed many true facts of the incident. I sent my housekeeper to you at 00.30am as you accused me that I left you with two sets of different keys. But unfortunately you had left the key on the inside of the door and had locked yourself out.If you had admitted to me that you had left the key on the inside of the door then I would not have asked the housekeeper to attend. You also had the assistance of the security man with you for 30 minutes until he felt that he could not help you any further. It think it was fair to ask you to pay the housekeeper a fee to leave her bed and attend to a woman alone & locked out, I felt that I was doing the right thing for you. I always ask my guests to use the entrance that is closest to the apartment which has approx 12 steps. There is a car park entrance to the apartment with a designated space where you can also take a lift to all floors. There is no need to use the other stairs but hence why we do have a spectacular view from the balcony. The swim club was having a special celebration on that particular weekend and the noise level is monitored by the relevant authorities. I too had a sleepless night the evening that you were locked out. I find your review very upsetting. I have never had such a review before.
