I’m surprised to hear all of your comments.I have been and am a Superhost on all of the sites that I use. Just look at my reviews for service, communication and helpfulness.You have missed many true facts of the incident. I sent my housekeeper to you at 00.30am as you accused me that I left you with two sets of different keys. But unfortunately you had left the key on the inside of the door and had locked yourself out.If you had admitted to me that you had left the key on the inside of the door then I would not have asked the housekeeper to attend. You also had the assistance of the security man with you for 30 minutes until he felt that he could not help you any further. It think it was fair to ask you to pay the housekeeper a fee to leave her bed and attend to a woman alone & locked out, I felt that I was doing the right thing for you. I always ask my guests to use the entrance that is closest to the apartment which has approx 12 steps. There is a car park entrance to the apartment with a designated space where you can also take a lift to all floors. There is no need to use the other stairs but hence why we do have a spectacular view from the balcony. The swim club was having a special celebration on that particular weekend and the noise level is monitored by the relevant authorities. I too had a sleepless night the evening that you were locked out. I find your review very upsetting. I have never had such a review before.
