Location, Location, location!! Our 2 story Cape Cod home is directly on the Ocean! It is situated on the warmest waters of Cape Cod, directly on Nantucket Sound with private sandy beach and private deck. Awesome for swimming and water sports; Spectacular views. Two kayaks are also provided for free! This home has 4 bedrooms upstairs and full baths on both levels. Living room on the 1st floor has a cozy white leather sofa, 3 sliding glass doors--a glass wall that overlooks your very own private sandy beach and the ocean. Family room is equipped with cable flat screen TV, wifi, internet access. 1st floor also has a fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, another full bathroom, and a den/spare room w/Queen Futon that will make your stay more enjoyable. Master bedroom upstairs also has cable flat screen TV. Gas grill for outdoor cooking. Fully equipped and furnished. A true gem to accommodate your family for an oceanfront vacation that you will treasure forever!
Most of our guests in the summer weeks have been returning each year for the past decade! Activities include swimming, sunbathing, shopping, the Cape Cod National Seashore, biking and hiking trails, antiques, fishing, boating, whale watching, golf, mini golf, inflatable water park, arcade,trampolines, go carts, kayaks, wave runners, parasailing, paddle boats, museums, and parks. Children will enjoy the ice cream truck driving by with bells ringing. Short stroll to restaurants, ice cream and playground. Loads of fun for all.
A fully furnished studio or 1 bedroom guest cottage next door are also available for separate rental, see property #105984 and #3494984, links below), for private getaway. Within 1/2 mile of this beach house, down the mouth of the River, we also have a 4 bedroom house available for rent across from Parkers River with RiverViews and Private Dock with kayaks and stand up paddle boards included! You can not beat being staying on the beach. It was so nice to not worry about packing up for your day, leaving things behind. The view from the house is amazing, offering stunning sunrises. The location has several great restaurant's to choose from in a 10 min radius, as well as plenty of activites like the pirate museum, mini golf, shopping. We can't wait to go back.

Amazing Place

Took my wife and kids there, it was everything it says it is and more. Such a beautiful, clean house, such beautiful views to wake up to, and the owner Dawn, such an amazing person to work with. Already looking to book future dates and will be visiting at least a couple times a year. Highly recommended.

Enjoyed the nights there. Calm, quiet, clean area. Beach is good for long walks but not strong waves if that's an expectation. Kids had fun.1st floor shower needs a fan and a better showerhead.

amazing location with plenty of room!

I booked this for my best friend’s 50th birthday and there wound up being 7 adults and three 10-12 year old kids and there was plenty of room and lots of fun to be had. We would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Vacation

The house was clean and spacious. Easy access to the private beach was a bonus with young children. The house was centrally located to all kinds of activities? We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay there again.

Amazing Fourth of July Location

Our family loved staying at Cape Cod. We had fireworks on all sides of the beach. The water temperature was nice, we enjoyed using the kayaks, the sand is soft and perfect for sand castles. The owners are friendly and helpful. Perfect for a beach vacation. This location really is a gem. Our neighbors were friendly and the beach is great for families. This truly is a private beach front which we especially appreciated on the 4th of July as the other properties became quite crowded. We brought groceries and enjoyed the full stay at the beach house and out in the sunshine. We also enjoyed a sunrise and sunset from the beach.

Wonderful home away from home with spectacular views

Great location

Really amazing experience. Beach all to yourselves and the house is super nice. In a great location with lots to do around. Hard to vacation with small kids in general but this house made going to the beach an easier process and had everything we needed! Will recommended to anyone and wont be our last time there!

It was a nice place right in the beach! Beautiful location! The only thing we had an issue with was the low ceilings..all our boys are 6 1 or taller..but we made it work and all had fun! Its centrally located by everything.we enjoyed! Thank you for letting us stay!

I’m glad your tall children enjoyed as well!. cathedral ceilings adorn the primary bedrooms but yes due to an attic space for the HVAC, the ceilings low on one of the rooms upstairs . My husband is 6’4” and my children are all over 6’ too and have no problems either! Thank you and welcome beck!

Scott we are so happy that you enjoyed yourselves. The outside shower is designed as an "after swim" shower with hot water but not enclosed. An enclosure would block the amazing ocean views from the living room so we opted for the views. Thank you and welcome back

Great family vacation spot

The location of this property could not be better and the views are amazing! Our family of 6 had plenty of room in this comfortable Cape Cod beach house. The house was well equipped and the kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. Dawn was very easy to communicate with prior and during our stay. The whole family had a wonderful stay!

Beach vacation

This was a beautiful house and exactly what was described. We booked the house last minute due to unforeseen circumstances with our other VRBO reservation. Everyone had a fabulous time with enough room for everyone. Would definitely book the house again.

Great location

We all had an amazing time even with the rain! Such a beautiful location. Dawn is very easy to work with and responsive. The house is great, nice and clean. The beach was gorgeous. Just a great find. I am hoping to rent again in the future!

Beautiful weekend

We had a wonderful time, the beach was beautiful and the water so warm. The house was perfect for our stay! We would definitely come back! Master bedroom could use a new mattress, back is a bit sore, but otherwise, it was perfect! ❤️

Relaxing beachfront getaway!

This was our first time renting this property and we had an amazing time. Being right on the beach was so convenient especially with a four year old who still takes long afternoon naps. We were able to stay outside on the beach while she was resting, plus the beach toys that came with the house were an added surprise. We used the kayaks every day as well. Dawn was a pleasure to rent from, and we've already asked to reserve the same week next year. After renting many homes down the vineyard and in Maine, I think we've finally found our yearly family vacation rental!
