Not only does the house have 7 bedrooms, sleeps up to15 guests and 3.5 baths, it also has a gorgeous 20' x 50' HEATED pool. There is a brand new deck that surrounds the heated pool along with a screened in gazebo for hanging out. The enormous side yard is the perfect place to raise a tent and host that special occasion or just enjoy the lush lawn to play volleyball, throw a frisbee, play a game of touch football or you name it.

The house has its share of pluses. The kitchen opens up to the dining area with a raised hearth gas fireplace and access to the back deck and pool area. Hardwood floors throughout the house and you have 2 master bedrooms, one on the 1st floor and one on the 2nd floor. The first floor master bedroom, discreetly located off the kitchen over the 2 car garage, is a massive room that boasts a sitting area for group conversation, quiet reading or watching television. The 2nd floor includes a master bedroom with a full bath, along with 4 more bedrooms and another shared bathroom. There's a family room located on the 1st floor that leads out to the pool area through an inviting bright sunroom. The perfect place to relax with your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktail while you watch the kids playing in the heated pool.

This rental is just a short distance to Dennis Village where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants in town, local artisans shops, the Cape Cod Museum of Art and Cape Playhouse, and so much more.
