The house formed by three floors, offers four double rooms with air conditioning, a single room and three bathrooms. Several cozy living areas invite you to relax indoors. A large kitchen that allows you to prepare meals together. It has a decoration with classic beams on the ceilings, walls in light tones and furniture that harmonizes the decoration, inviting rest and relaxation. In a small living area next to the fireplace there is space for conversation or reading. The rustic dining table of the kitchen, allows you to eat together in that cozy environment. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, drip coffee maker, kettle and much more. The rooms are a good size, and furnished for comfort. The beds are available in sizes of 0. 90 x 2.00 m, one has the dimensions of 1. 80 x 2.00 m. The bathrooms are individually designed and fully functional. It has irons and hair dryers. The property consists of two constructions. The large main house and a nice independent apartment, which offers the opportunity to have your own privacy, within the group. In the apartment, which is equipped with a bathroom with shower and a living room, where you can rest or relax, both inside, and in the hammocks that are outside this, under the porch.

Around the pool there is a sun terrace with nine sun loungers and several umbrellas. You can also relax in this wonderful setting, in the outdoor canopy bed, which also, in a slightly elevated position, adorns the pool terrace. A magnificent pergola built with all the details, provides additional shade and cozy seating, from which you have access and view of the pool comfortably. In a part of the large open terrace of the house, there is a rustic dining table, where a brick barbecue is located next to it. For children, there is a playground area and games for them to enjoy and have fun in the best of environments.

The location of this beautiful holiday home with a rural touch is fantastic, as you reach the sea walking on foot shortly. The nearest real beaches, such as "Es Barcares" and "Patja des Morer Vermell" are only 1.5km away from the house. A visit to the beautiful beaches of the Bay of Alcudia is highly recommended and also with very easy access. In Alcudia, on Sundays, a large part of the streets of the old town are closed for traffic, where they install a magnificent market, where it is not uncommon to discover beautiful things, and delicious fresh produce. A walk in the market or in the surrounding cities is a wonderful plan for your quieter days on the estate.
