This newly constructed apartment in the heart of Ellicottville is within walking distance to dining, shopping, and entertainment (most restaurants and bars within two blocks!).

This loft has one bedroom with a king sized bed, an additional separate sleeping area with a twin daybed and twin trundle bed below, and 1-full sized sleeper sofa in the living room. This 2-story apartment has 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with bar seating, a dining area, spacious living room with fireplace, and an exterior storage closet for ski equipment!

Kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave), and a coffee bar. Unit features luxury vinyl plank floors throughout with carpeted in bedrooms and halls.

Wifi and DirecTV are standard in room. Off-street parking is included.

Excellent Place To Stay

This place is ideal if you have a few people looking to get away but stay close to town. Literally about a block away from Main Street, and just around the corner for the Ellicottville Brewing Company. Neat, clean and super cute. We had a little issue trying to figure out the thermostat, but the manager was extremely fast in responding to us and was very helpful. No complaints whatsoever - I would absolutely recommend this place, or any other facility managed by Rachel!!!

Great Stay!

We had a great stay at this property. It was clean and extremely convenient. Walk to town and a few minute drive to Holiday Valley Ski Resort. Definitely would stay again!

MLK Ski Weekend!

The property looked just like it did in the online photos. The unit was very clean and just a short walk from restaurants in downtown Ellicottville. Simple check-in procedure may it a breeze and the right pick for my family! When we head back to Holiday Valley, we'll definitely check if this unit is available. Thanks for the comfortable stay!

Perfect Location

My friends and I escaped to Ellicottville for a weekend and this loft was an excellent find! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw to the brewery and other restaurants in the village. The loft itself was very spacious and comfortably slept five people with plenty of room to spare. Rachel was very easy to reach. I would absolutely stay here again in the future.

We loved the ability to self check-in and how quiet the area was. Close enough to walk to restaurants which is exactly what we were looking for. Spotless inside and beautiful! Husband couldn’t find coffee pot but overall very minor. Loved our stay!

Rachel’s place was perfect. It was clean and had all the necessities that we needed as well as the space. It was in an absolutely incredible location just right around the corner from EBC and all of the other shoppes and restaurants. Would definitely rent here again with no hesitation.

Close to town!

This is a very new building complex and convenient to town with great restaurants, and stores. You can walk to everything. We enjoyed our stay but a little dark for our liking. We didn't meet the manager of the property but thr process is a code to the door so very easy. Ellicottville is a lovely town.
