Unit has one bedroom with a king sized bed and an additional separate sleeping area with a twin daybed and twin trundle bed. There is also a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. This 2-story apartment has 2 full bathrooms, a full kitchen with bar seating, a dining area, spacious living room with fireplace, and an exterior storage closet for ski equipment! Kitchen features granite countertops, stainless steel appliances (full refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave), and a coffee bar. Linens, towels, and blankets are provided. Kitchen is furnished with dishes, flatware, bakeware, toaster, and coffee pot. No pets please. Wifi and DirecTV are standard in room. Off-street parking is included. By Law: Sales tax (8%) and Occupancy tax (5%) will be added at checkout.
