Rowan Court Annexe has recently been renovated to a high standard to create a warm, stylish and comfortable place to stay. A comfy bed, contemporary decor with a large shower room, it's an ideal base to explore the stunning Cotswolds and surrounding areas. Oxford is a 30 minute drive away as is Stratford Upon Avon.
The Annexe is fully self contained with all mod cons, has its own free allocated parking space on the owners private spacious driveway. There are french doors which open out onto a small enclosed patio area , with table and chairs. The village of Bloxham boasts 3 pubs serving good traditional food, a Fish and Chip shop, a Co Op as well as various other amenities. Lovely countryside walks on your doorstep. Reliable bus routes within a few minutes walk of the property.

Beautiful property in the lovely town of Bloxham. I stayed here while working close by in Adderbury. The host was very responsive and came through with my request to borrow an iron and ironing board. Would definitely stay here again.

A small comfortable ground floor annexe in Bloxham. Ideal location for a local wedding. Very clean, bike storage available, walking distance to shop/pubs/restaurants. Just right for a 2 night stay.

Not what I expected

When I booked, the listing had lovely pictures of a garden and patio area. However, there is no garden and the 4 foot deep strip of paving is surrounded by a high fence. There is no view from any window in the property, other than the sky. I asked them to take down the pictures of the garden, which they did, but the remaining picture of the outside space is a misrepresentation. No decking, and not as much space as is shown and no indication of the oppressive fencing.

Dear Joanna, We have had many happy guests stay with us and never before mentioned the outside patio space. However we always respect constructive comments and hasten to consider any suggested improvements. We wholeheartedly respect your comments and please do be assured that we are in the process of updating our description of the outside areas which will clearly depict , with photographs, the fencing bordering the annexe patio. This was originally designed to provide guest privacy and which we have found to be well received by our on going guests. May we kindly point out the patio is in fact in excess of 6 feet by 19 feet ( and not 4 feet as you may of originally thought). It is always our wish to provide the best possible stay and we take pride in the many compliments we receive of the clean modern interior and its location here on the edge of the cotswolds.

Great stay

My boyfriend and I booked this place to attend the British Grand Prix and it was perfectly located! The countryside was beautiful and traffic was minimal. Restaurants close on the early side so wouldn’t be a good place to stay for night life. Otherwise it was great!
