Our stylish flat on the 2nd floor is packed with character features and offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience, mixed with traditional and modern design.
Featuring a double bedroom and a single, open plan kitchen-dining-living area and bathroom with freestanding bath & shower enclosure.
Part of a block of 6 flats and with one free dedicated parking space, our place is perfect for couples, small families or contractors looking for a comfortable and peaceful base in central Banbury.
Enter through the rear exterior door, up 31 carpeted steps to the private entrance of Flat 5.
Through the hallway to the right is the modern bathroom with large shower enclosure plus a freestanding bath. The skylight above provides natural light.
Head up into the main living area with high ceilings and exposed beams, with bespoke wooden shutters enhancing the building's characterful charm.
The modern fully-equipped kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay including a fridge, freezer, electric oven/hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle & toaster. The stylish dining table seats up to 4 guests.
The cosy lounge area features a 3-seater sofa, Smart TV (own subscriptions required for streaming apps) and warm lighting.
Beyond the living area is a bedroom with a single bed and huge built-in wardrobes providing ample storage. The 2nd bedroom features a double bed with chest of drawers.
There's also a dedicated parking space conveniently located by the rear entrance - a rare find in central Banbury!
The flat is well located in the centre of Banbury with shops, pubs, restaurants and the railway station all a short stroll away.
Guests have full access of the flat, including the dedicated parking space.
Our flat is located in a quiet block of 6, so strictly no parties allowed please. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.
There is no lift so you will need to walk about 10 steps outside down to the exterior door and 31 steps up to the flat. All the steps are relatively shallow and automatic lighting turns on as you walk through the building.
Standard check-in time is from 4pm onwards and check-out time is by 10am. We may be able to offer a later check-out or earlier check-in for an extra cost via prior arrangement only.
Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors please.
Please remove outdoor shoes when entering the flat as the carpet is brand new.
We can supply a travel cot & high chair for an additional cost of £25 per stay, please kindly request these at the time of booking. Please bring your own bedding for the travel cot.
Linen, towels & toiletries are provided along with a welcome pack including tea/coffee/sugar/milk sachets and snacks.
My property management team will be available 24/7 via email, or phone to provide any assistance my guests may need.

During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
