Both Bathrooms Leaking Brown Fluid From Ceiling

I had read a former guest had issues with leaks and mold and was told this had been taken care of. When we arrived the master bathroom floor had a large puddle of some sort of fluid from the unit above. I reported it but nothing was done and we could not use this bathroom during our stay. In the second bathroom there was brown fluid running down the walls in several places and the ceiling had definite water damage. I called the Feels Like Home management several times to express my disgust and they said they would look into it. We heard nothing from them and were glad to finally check out after a day and a half. I have now asked for compensation for our inconvenience and am waiting to hear back from them. Based on this experience we will never stay in another Feels like Home property again. We stayed in seven different properties in a three week period and this was the only one we had an issue with.

Moldy, Dirty and poorly maintained...

The place was dirty when we arrived at 2:30pm we left and came back at 7pm very jetlagged and the place still wasn't cleaned. We called and they got a cleaning crew to show up by 7:30 on a Sunday night. The next day we realized one of the bedrooms had mold growing on the ceiling and so did the back bathroom so we squeezed into the other rooms and contacted the property management, they didn't respond to my questions about the mold, later we lost power and I had to call them multiple times to get them to look into it. Then they finally sent me a place to file a complaint about the mold and other issues with the unit, they took a day to get back to us and they were only apologetic. I contacted VRBO via chat because they had said to deal with the property owner first, by the time I escalated they said it was too late to do anything. I'm very disappointed in both the property management company and VRBO for even renting such a property. They should take the listing down and repair this unit before they rent it to anyone else.

Katastrophale sanitäre Anlagen

Vieles würde hier passen: Standort, Grösse, Einrichtung aber diese Wohnung ist - trotzdem sie wahrscheinlich erst vor kurzem neu renoviert wurde - total sanierungsbedürftig: in keinem einzigen Lavabo lief das Wasser normal ab - es war alles verstopft. An Wänden und Decken der Schlafzimmer sind riesige Wasserflecken und eine Luftfeuchtigkeit, dass mehrmals pro Tag ein wohl extra dafür in den Raum gestelltes Entfeuchtungs-Gerät bedient und literweise Wasser entsorgt werden muss. Zwischen den Wänden von Schlaf-Zimmer 1 zu Schlafzimmer 2 tropfte die ganze Nacht Wasser - wahrscheinlich ein weiteres Leck. Keine Ahnung wie jemand auf die Idee kommen kann, diese Wohnung so für teures Geld und gutem Gewissen an bezahlende Kunden zu vermieten. Lissabon ist wunderschön, das Quartier wunderbar, aber eine Wohnung über diesen Vermieter buchen - Never Again!!

Descuidado

El dormitorio principal tenía una gotera que bajaba por la pared y olía toda la habitación a humedad. El sistema de calefacción a base de aparatos de aire calentaban pero hacían un ruido tremendo. Por último, el portal está bastante descuidado, no hay luz en toda la escalera y cuesta mucho abrir la puerta de la calle.

Great Baixa location

Nice 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment on trolleys line. Close to restaurants, sites. Grocery stores very close. Best one by the Sao George elevator. Problem with air conditioning that could not be repaired while there. VRBO staff came out several times. A partial credit provided due to inconvenience. Rented apartment for a month. A fantastic home base to explore Lisbon and greater Portugal. Took trains to Porto, Sintra, Albufiera area.
